Beautiful and classic 2-bedroom apartment in welcoming Copenhagen neighborhood
In a very quiet neighborhood close to the center of Copenhagen
The property
Cozy, classic and beautiful Copenhagen apartment by the lakes. We rent out our lovely 4-room apartment of 102 sqm. located between the lakes and the public park.
Østerbro is a beautiful and cozy district with many cafes, restaurants and shops. Nearby are: The State Museum of Art, Glyptoteket, National Museum, City Hall Square, Christiansborg, Round Tower, Rosenborg, Kongens Have and Kongens Nytorv. It only takes 10 minutes by bike from the apartment and 5 minutes by bus to get to the center.
The apartment contains: entrance hall leading to guest room, living room and dining room. From the dining room there is access to the bedroom, balcony (southwest facing), room with washing machine and dryer (for free use), small bathroom and kitchen.
The bedroom has 2 beds (2 x 90 cm), and there is closet and drawer space.
The guest room contains a sofa that can be pulled out to a double bed (140 cm), closet space, small TV and a height-adjustable desk. Two people can sleep together on the guest sofa, or one can sleep on it and the other on a guest bed (foldable).
The living room has a large chaise longue sofa, a sitting/lying pouf, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. Here it is also possible for 1 person to sleep on a guest bed.
The dining room contains a dining table with 6 chairs and an armchair.
On the large, spacious balcony there is a table and 2 chairs (as well as folding chairs if more seating is needed) and a lovely 2-person sofa.
There is wireless internet in the apartment (the code is given upon arrival) and cable TV.
The property has a large shared yard (the balcony faces it), which due to the layout seems like an entire park with a lawn, playground and many cozy corners with chairs and tables.
