Boasting a shared outdoor pool, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a prime location, this is a perfect spot for a vacation on a budget.  Located on a beachfront property, getting to the sand is as easy as walking out your door. Within a few miles, you'll have access to Panama City Beach's best attractions, ranging from shopping at Pier Park to checking out exhibits at Gulf World Marine Park.



The studio offers you the chance to come in, unwind, and relax in the comfort of the central A/C. Toss a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer while you use the WiFi to check the forecast before your next adventure.



The studio offers two comfortable queen-size beds, allowing up to four guests to enjoy a restful night of sleep. Wake up with a light breakfast and then stroll on the beach to find the perfect spot to set up camp and catch some rays. Get out on the waves with a stand-up paddleboard, or try something a little faster, like a jet ski, to skip across the surf.

The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The office is located on the first floor to the left as you walk in. The fee is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).

We stayed here this past week of June 18, 2026 and it was a very nice, pleasant and peaceful stay! We were on the 6th floor with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable, there was no balcony and theres is a big humidifier in the room that you have to change constantly! Otherwise it will beep at you until you do! We figured that out at 4 am the night we got there, those 2 things were my only complaint. Just a fyi if you are wondering what all they have in the kitchen; theres dishware, silverware and pots and pans to cook with. There was not stuff like can opener, spatula, serving spoon kind of things or none I could find and we had brought stuff like dishwasher pods, and dish soap just in case because we didn’t know for sure if they had it but they do. Theres a laundry room on the even floors I believe it was, they were right by the elevator so it was very convenient, you have to wash your own towels if you need more btw. I just figured I would leave a comment so someone like me who wonder that kind of stuff knows for their trip lol One thing too for people who have back problems like myself, the walk to the beach isnt far at all! The elevator lets you out right at the pool entrance then from there you just walk up to the ramp to the beach where there is showers to get the sand off of you. Thank you to the owners of this condo for our beautiful stay at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location to everything we wanted to do. Shopping, restaurants, night life. The beach loungers come with the room and we didn’t know that so it was a nice surprise. I’d recommend this place.
