Over the top in coziness. Great location and quiet. So much more than expected.Lots of stairs, but worth the effort.Wish we had been there longer.

Condo worked out great for our family stay. The place really feels like a home, there were some treats for us on the counter when we arrived, spices & basic condiments in the fridge, beds were comfy, plenty of pillow options and easy access to Dillon Ampitheater with grocery store and some restaurants close by. The hosts are terrific! Wish all VRBO experiences were this great. We look forward to coming back!

Katy’s place was great! The location was perfect, especially if you are going to a show at Dillon Ampitheatre. The house has everything you could need, including some condiments in the fridge. We felt right at home during our short stay, so will definitely book here again!

Wow what an incredible property and host. This place was so cute, music themed, walking distance from Dillon Amp, and had plenty of beds and space. Katy was super communicative and so thoughtful, leaving us a bottle of wine and a little gift basket. I also was so happy this was a dog friendly place. I would 100% stay here again and it's no wonder Katy and her place have such glowing reviews.

Beautiful property close to town with so many things nearby including the Dillon Amphitheater! Katy was excellent with communication. I really appreciated the clear instructions in the binder provided and how most everything in the house was labeled making it easy to find things (and use the correct light switches)! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is fantastic for both winter and summer. Excellently located lots of community space, great kitchen, fully stocked two decks, wonderful bathrooms and extra towels sheets every amenity extra you could want. The special edition was the record player and we actually listened to albums. it was a nice treat.

We loved our stay! Easy to book at a fair price. Beautiful townhome with recent renovations and well appointed. Highly recommend if you are headed to the area for skiing, wanting to explore Dillon or just a place to gather with friends and family for a relaxing weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Our host Katy was super responsive, helpful, and her town house was literally perfect. They had everything labeled, it was stocked better than my house with everything we needed, it was in a perfect location and also worked great for our two pups that my son and his wife brought along. We will definitely stay again and again, just a wonderful overall experience!!! Thank you Katy for taking such great care of us!

What a wonderful experience staying at this condo! The end-unit setup offers added privacy and a bright, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The location is unbeatable: just a short drive or shuttle ride to Keystone Resort, making morning slopes and afternoon breaks ultra convenient. Having a grocery store so close was a major perk for easy meals and snacks. The condo itself was spotless, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the cozy living area, the clean kitchen, and the comfy bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, relaxing base near Keystone.

Katy was a fantastic host, communicating with us well before our trip and responsive through check in and out. The condo was conveniently located, easy to find and gaining access was simple. The space was beyond our expectations. Clean and well appointed, we enjoyed time in the living room watching tv and cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms provided comfortable mattresses with nice linens, felt like being at home. The musical touches were fun, our boys loved playing vinyl records. The garage was useful for keeping the car out of the elements. Not only was the condo convenient to Dillon shops and restaurants, but Loveland ski resort was an easy drive east. We loved our stay and would come back to this condo anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at this Colorado VRBO! The home was cozy, spotless, and very easy to access, located at the end of a quiet road, perfect for a peaceful getaway. There was an open area right next door where our family made snowmen, and the view from the patio was absolutely beautiful.The property truly felt like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with amenitie, from a well-equipped kitchen with plates, utensils, pans, and everything needed to cook, to thoughtful extras like toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, and a convenient washer and dryer. Coffee was provided for our mornings in Keurig, which was a great touch.Our family especially loved the board games, which made for cozy evenings sitting by the fire and playing together. There were even dog bowls and treats available for furry friends.The host was excellent and always responded quickly to any questions we had.The only small downside was that the office/extra bedroom was a bit cold at night, and the beds in that room were not as comfortable. That said, they would likely be just fine for kids who are less picky.Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely recommend!

We have been brainstorming about the coolness of the basement...we think that maybe when the fireplace is run it tells that thermostat that it is warm enough (main floor controls the radiant heat downstairs also) and it stops heating? We will play with that this coming weekend and we are going to research small, safe space heaters as well! The beds downstairs are all brand new, but we agree they need to loosen up/seem a bit too firm. We will order mattress toppers! Thank you so much for your input!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The views out of every window are so beautiful. The house was incredibly cute and cozy, making it feel much more welcoming than most Vrbos we've stayed at. We loved listening to the records and looking at all the posters from local concerts that have happened in Dillon. Katy also provided lots of thoughtful little comforts, including quality snacks, coffee, and toiletries, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. To top it off, check-in, check-out, and communication with Katy were a breeze. We highly recommend this beautiful property!
