We had an overall great stay! The unit is in an older building so amenities were to be expected, but the apartment itself had everything (plus more) that we needed. Very clean and the instructions given by the host were very thorough and helpful. Fatimah was great and gave us some recommendations for our time in town. Would stay again!

Check-in process was overall smooth. Entire unit was clean and organized. Our host was lovely. She was responsive and clear in giving directions. We had no problems during our stay. Bed was comfortable, lighting good. One thing you may want to consider is a shower rail for steadiness as you shower. Love the tv screens in living area and bedroom. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. We frequently walked to grocery store and a variety of eateries. Love our stay; we would come back.

We spent a weekend here with one adult & 2 kids. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the room, supplies, bed, cleanliness, etc. Host was very responsive to any questions regarding check-in process & was able to accommodate us early.Central West End is a great location with many shops & restaurants within walking distance. Getting into the property from gated parking can be a bit confusing but the host provided excellent instructions in advance. The rental unit itself is very well-maintained although it's inside a dated apartment building that could use some work. The elevator stopped working in the middle of our stay so we had to carry all our luggage down 7 flights of stairs at the end of our trip. I do understand this is completely out of our host's control. Overall we were happy with our stay & felt it was a good value.
