2 Br condo is on the 2nd floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. Easy access is only 2 flights of stairs if you do not want to use the elevator. Renovated with new flooring and nice view of the Royale Palms pool. The private balcony can be accessed from the living room and main bedroom.
This condo can be combined with Royale Palms 205H to make a larger 3 BED / 3 BATH combination for extra family and friends. You are invited to use the owners' fenced in private pool area for more secluded relaxation.

You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Within minutes there is Barefoot Landing for LIVE music at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues, plus unlimited shopping at the unique shops of Barefoot and Tanger Outlet Malls. For family friendly adventures, there's fun-themed mini-golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, with amusement park rides, Ripley's Aquarium, Pelicans Baseball, Grand Prix go- carts, Myrtle Waves water slide, restaurants and more shopping. Arcadian Shores is the most immediate golf course, located right outside the Kingston perimeter, but there are 100's more to choose from within a half hour drive. My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach to vacation for the past 25 years. It has always been our dream to one day own our own condo in a place that is so special to us. That dream finally came true in 2017.

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Its gated access makes for a fun and safe family environment. You get the experience of a large scale resort with the private home feeling inside the condo.
