The Space:

Discover the perfect atmosphere for both outdoor fun and luxurious relaxation at this condo in Tops'l Summit, where you'll be a short walk (or free tram ride) from the white sand of Miramar Beach. Spend your mornings soaking in the view from your balcony, and your days walking on the beach, swimming in the resort's pools, and unwinding in the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness center.



Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be able to walk to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a large workout facility, a sauna, a steam room, a mini-golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Go hiking at the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, tee off at one of the many golf courses in the surrounding area, or spend a day shopping at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), or Destin Commons (seven miles west).

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
