The property itself is just as listed. It is a very basic place to stay while in Denver. The kitchen had basic but usable amenities. Although I did have to wash some pans prior to using. The rooms were clean-ish. We found empty plastic bottles under the master bed, and there were dirty sheets left on the pull-out couch mattress. Thankfully there was an extra set of clean sheets to use. We did had to contact the host for blankets to use for the couch pull out, which she was able to deliver before we went to sleep thankfully. The master bed mattress was very comfortable, my kids did not say the same for the queen bed or the couch mattress. They didn't sleep as well as my husband and I did.The washer/dryer access on site was very nice to have. The location was easy to access from highways and local streets. Parking was right on site, or on the street in front of the property.Communication prior to our stay could have been better. I did receive the property address in one communication, but that was it. The morning of our travels, I had yet to receive information about access to the property and where to park. It was a bit uncomfortable not knowing ahead of time. I contacted VRBO directly for assistance and a few hours later, I did finally receive a code for the door. I had to ask specifically about parking. We did not use the backyard outdoor space. It is shared with the other tenant of the property and their dog, which we didn't have any communication with or hear at all.
