We loved the location and ease of walking to dinner and shops. The host was very helpful and friendly. The layout is good famlies or a girls trip with large beds and nice bathrooms. We loved the way it overlooks the courthouse and we felt safe in this area. We will be back!

Good Habit in Springfield Tennessee is absolutely one of the best VRBO's our family ever stayed at. It's a beautiful loft that is spacious, clean, and in an awesome location. The picture windows gives a great view of the historic courthouse in the 7th oldest city in Tennessee. The restaurants downtown are amazing with lots of options. The Springfield Capitol Theater is a historic theater built in 1934 in an Art Deco Style. It shows new release movies with real popcorn. Our communication with the owners of Good Habit was spot on with professional customer service. We highly recommend Good Habit in Springfield Tennessee.

I absolutely loved this property! We stayed on the first Friday of the month so there was a festival on the square across from us. We got to watch the band plan from the windows. The pictures don't do it justice! The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely recommend! I hope to go back to stay again.

What a great place to stay in Springfield. It was super comfortable and very spacious. The steps up to the Flat are steep and many so if you have older people or bad knees you just need to know. There was a washer/dryer advertised but did not see one in the unit but there was a double closet that was locked up and they could have been in there but not a way to access it. Overall it was furnished very nice and the beds were very comfortable. If I lived in Springfield I would want to own the place.

Good morning Chuck! So glad you and your guests enjoyed Good Habit! We will be sure to disclose the stair issue to future guests and thanks for the heads up on that! The washer and dryer are located at the rear of the apartment in the laundry closet. The front closet locked up is only supplies for our housekeeping. Please be sure to book with us again! Thanks, Gayle

Great location and very nice apartment. Super clean and beautifully furnished. The open floor plan is great for families and dinners.Unfortunately, the lock box is extremely difficult to open. We were stuck in the pouring rain unable to open it and the host did not respond to a text or call. The house also needs to update/fix the tv in the living room. The Youtube TV was a disaster for logging in. I believe they need to update their tv or something. We could not log in and when we finally did we couldn't change a channel without getting booted out. It was super annoying when trying to watch a big game. The house also needs to have extra towels in the bathroom. They had one towel per person for the entire stay.

Hello Regan! Thank you for your input! As we are establishing, all input is valuable to us! We are currently in the process of changing out the lockbox! So sorry about the slow response to a text or call ... I have no idea at this time what that is about but so very sorry! I will get our technical advisor on the tv issue in the living room! Since your stay, we have supplied more towels for all! Please visit us again and message me personally on the site for a discounted rate for your issues! Gayle

The property was in a great location and was well decorated for our stay. The host was available for all questions and check in was easy. I would recommend having cleaning supplies such as trash bags for any stay over one night. We stayed with teenage girls and they loved it. The beds were comfortable and all bathrooms updated and clean! A great stay!
