Welcome HOME! Our beautiful NEW 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is the place to be if you are a traveling family or group of friends wanting to experience all NYC has to offer and then come home to a luxurious place to stay.

Our home offers rarities like garage parking and a beautiful backyard oasis with a grill, fire pit, and seating, as well as an entertainment/game room. This home is sure to be part of your greatest memories.

15 MINUTES from the Liberty Landing Ferry. It operates between the World Financial Center in NYC and Jersey City, New Jersey. New York Waterway runs a number of routes between New Jersey and Manhattan.

Guest Access: You will have exclusive and private access to the entire unit and yard. The unit spans two floors.

There is an occupied unit on the third floor and movement and voices can sometimes be heard through the walls as this is common in any city building. We have thoughtfully provided earplugs and sound machines in each room to help mitigate any ambient noise.

Garage is SHARED ACCESS.
Please note there are one set of stairs from the entrance/ground floor rooms to the second level of the unit (where the bedrooms and kitchen are located)

Free street parking is available near the unit also. There is free overnight parking at designated lots in Lincoln Park (this park is a short walk to the unit and usually has ample parking--exceptions for special events)

* Accessibility: This unit is a two story unit. The ground floor has access to the garage, yard, a living space, wet bar and a bathroom.

The second floor has the kitchen, laundry, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality stay for all of our guests!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are tenants in attached unit. These rules have been put in place to keep the home beautiful and to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors.

Check-in time window is 4:00pm - 10:00pm (fees will apply after 10pm)

Checkout time is 10am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr.

No parking in the driveway (your vehicle will be towed).

No Extra/ Overnight Guests other than those on the reservation. (having more guests than stated on your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund)

Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

Unplug all unused small appliances and chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off lights, stove/oven, AC/Heater when leaving the home.

No Smoking of ANY KIND inside/outside on property/driveway/rooftop/balcony ($1,000 fee will be assessed if evidence is discovered to treat air, clean carpets, furniture and scrub walls).

No film shoots/photo shoots allowed on the property.

No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

No MAIL or PACKAGES delivered before or during your stay.

No moving or rearranging of the furniture.

No UNPLUGGING of the main electronics and appliances in the home (such as TVs, Internet, lamps, stove, washer/dryer, etc.)

No tampering with exterior cameras or sound detectors, or WIFI equipment.

No pre check-in bag storage.

No PETS allowed.

No disturbing neighbors.

Quiet hours are 9pm-7am. No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm in or outside the unit.

The person who uses their account to make the reservation must be present during the stay or reservation will be cancelled immediately per 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.

You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

No cryptomining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage.
