As one of the newest and most stylish additions to Kitchener-Waterloo's skyline, Station Park offers breathtaking city views from your perch on the 24th floor. This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a sofa in the living room. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.



The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.



The Living Room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines.



At Station Park, you benefit from an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. An epicenter of talent and diversity, the city boasts events and festivals throughout the year, along with its many permanent museums and galleries featuring local artists.

Parking:

• Onsite parking is available but must be arranged and paid directly by guests, subject to availability. Additional parking options are available nearby. On site public parking is available at approximately $34 per day with in and out access. Payment is by credit card at entry and exit. Parking is located beneath the building between the two towers.

We had an excellent experience staying in this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The unit is located in a modern, new building right in the heart of Downtown Kitchener, making the location absolutely ideal for exploring the city.The room was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the thoughtful "starter kit" provided—having oil, salt, tea, sugar, and detergents ready for us made a huge difference in our comfort. It is clear the hosts go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome.Additionally, the 24/7 support was incredible. It’s rare to find such responsive communication, and it gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay.The only minor hurdle was the lack of mailbox access, which made receiving an important document quite a challenge involving Canada Post. However, given the cleanliness, location, and superb hospitality, we were still very happy with our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Kitchener!
