Waiohuli Beach Hale er et lille oceanfront kompleks beliggende i Kihei Maui Hawaii. Denne ejendom har en fantastisk aloha følelse med en afslappet og stille atmosfære. The location is great!1 min walk and you're drinking your morning coffee right on the beach ⛱️ I also enjoyed the balcony, I spent hours there listening to the sound of waves and the birds and watching whales 🐋 This place is very peaceful and perfect for recharging. My fiance and I loved the pool as well. There are many food options nearby. The property provided us with beach chairs and cooler bag which we used every day. If they had an umbrella too, that would be awesome. The only thing - they didn't give us any body wash, shamboo or conditioner except the soap so we had to contact the host because we didn't bring anything. They responded quickly and provided us with shampoo, conditioner and a few extra beach towels.Overall it was unforgettable stay and I would definitely book this unit again. Miss it already 😪

This unit is awesome. Right on its own beach that is sparsely occupied by building residents/guests and a handful of locals shore fishing when the tides and weather are right.Very quiet. Clean shared facilities. Conveniently located within walking distance of groceries, shops, and restaurants.Unit itself has everything you need if you prefer to cook in and is comfortable to hang out in if weather is poor for the day. Effective AC in the bedroom. Beautiful beach and sunset view from the balcony.

Great place to stay and a great location! The unit itself and also the pool/grounds are clean and well taken care of. Everything was in working order and the beach extras (chairs and cooler bags) were appreciated. Would stay here again :)

Beautiful views and very walkable

We had a wonderful few days at this place! The balcony was perfect for watching for watching the sunrise in the morning. The pool was a great way to cool off in the hot afternoons. And the location made grabbing dinner and groceries a breeze as everything was either walkable or a very short drive. We would definitely recommend!

Great Vacation

This is our 4th time at this complex. We love the property and the location. Close to great restaurants, shopping and right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It could use some upgrades but the bed is comfy and the appliances are nice. It iupgrades

Beautiful condo in a beautiful and convenient location!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! The condo itself was very clean and had access to the pool and the ability to walk right onto the beach! It’s also located right next to a grocery store and is close to so many restaurants, beaches, and activities! It was a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always we very much enjoyed Waiohuli Beach Hale and the town of Kihei. The location is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. D 223 is a serviceable condo. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing there. But we think it needs to be upgraded. The bedroom air-conditioner was too noisy to use when sleeping and the mattress sagged in the middle. The overhead light did not work when we arrived. Neither did the sink light in the kitchen. Only the first got fixed during our 2 week stay. The lanai has a beautiful view but is crowded by a large metal table. With some basic refurbishing we would recommend the condo more highly. The well groomed grounds and the beach are a delight.

Cozy place just few steps from the ocean

Location of this condo is just amazing! Lanai faces the pool and has an ocean view. Kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything you may need to cook! Great supermarket and lot of Maui’s best restaurants are just around the corner. Safeway is 3 minutes driving away. Self check-in was easy and fast, all instructions were very clear and communication was great, no spam from the host. Few cons: this apartment is pretty dark and a bit outdated. On one hand it’s not hot, we didn’t use air conditioning at all (stayed in December). On other - feels like you never have a sunlight inside. The other thing is bed, it was super soft and not comfortable. If you have a back/neck issues it would be a real trouble!

BEST INTERIOR LAYOUT

We LOVED this property! We’ve had several groups and been here several weeks so we’ve seen and used multiple units in multiple properties and this one is, by far, the best laid out and best equipped. AND it’s classy; the furniture is real rattan. The pool is perfect. AND there was a turtle in the beach!!

I did buy a new florescent bulb for the circular kitchen light becuse it was too dark in the kitchen without it. The property grounds are vey well maintained, but I asked the manager to replace the gas blower they use because it is deafiningly loud at the second floor. But we'll be back to D-223 for the third time in the near future.

Idyllic stay in Maui

This property was perfect in every way! The space was clean, modern, comfortable and well decorated. There is a only one window air conditioner, located in the bedroom, which is loud but fortunately I did not need to use it. Instead, I kept the front door open with the screen door closed and opened the balcony door to create a nice, cool, cross breeze from the trade winds throughout the condo. At night, keeping the bedroom windows open made it comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for cooking and storing food. The balcony had spectacular views of the ocean, beach chairs, and a drying rack for wet towels and swimsuits which was greatly appreciated! I particularly loved the pool for my lap swimming every morning! The beach was just steps away from the front door where I enjoyed my morning coffee, daily walks and nightly sunset viewing. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and many popular beaches and destinations. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

The place attended all of our expectations, and the apartment was super clean, except for one toilet paper that was dirty, I believe the way it was displayed, but not a big deal. All amenities of the condo was so great, and if you wanna stay in a location that you can go for different parts of the island, I’d recommend that place. It’s not a tourism area, such as Lahaina, but everything around attended us.

Location, Location, Location

This property was absolutely perfect for me and my partner. It is located only about 50 yards from the Lipoa Street Beach which made sunset walks incredibly convenient. Also about half a block down the street is a large grocery store with everything you could need for your stay. The condo was well stocked with all the beach equipment you could need including towels, chairs, and even an umbrella and cooler!

Totally great laid back spot on the ocean

The unit was nice and clean. Living room does get too hot during the day, but if you're out and about all day it's not a big deal. The couch isn't comfortable enough to chill in there for long periods anyway. Go out and enjoy the beautiful peaceful beach right outside instead! You can use the beach to walk north and south and sneak the back way to restaurants since the main road isn't very pedestrian friendly here.
