Vil du tage på ferie, men føler dig hyggeligt som om dit hjem? 🦎 Vi har plads til dig! En 2 soveværelse, 1 badeværelse med stue, spisestue og tekøkken i et sikkert gated community of Venture Out. Fuldt møbleret, farverig og fantastisk ø vibe.



Dette er et Florida elskere paradis.
Dette tørt hjem er 6 sovepladser. Huset er fuldt møbleret med en farverig ø-atmosfære. 2 soveværelser og 1 badeværelse. Der er to tvillinger seng i bunden soveværelse, sammen med AC og et fladskærms-tv. En fuld udtrækssofa i stuen med et fladskærms-tv og AC-enhed. . Hvis du gør dig vej gennem tekøkken er der en dobbeltseng i sin egen del af gangen. Bagsiden soveværelse har en fuld seng med en AC enhed. Udsmykningen i alle værelser giver dig den følelse af paradis. Tekøkken har 4 personers opholdsstue. Mens der også er et turkis bord ud foran for at nyde din morgenkaffe eller dejlig grillet bøf. Der er en grill på siden af huset.

Huset ligger i et sikret gated community kaldet Venture Out, som er en 64 hektar stor ejendom. Bemærk venligst en ekstra engangsafgift (ikke inkluderet i din samlede) på $ 53. 75 betales ved ankomsttidspunktet. Det gebyr er at bruge alle de faciliteter, Venture Out har at byde på, som alle er gåafstand fra huset. Det omfatter båden rampe, tankstation, en bekvem butik (åben 7 dage om ugen) - butikken alene har alle de sidste øjeblik ting du har brug for fra øl, mad, snacks, toiletartikler, agn og is, 80 ft opvarmet pool (med havudsigt ) et børnebassin, badestamp, bundet saltvands svømning (ved siden af ?? poolen) med tiki hytter til picnic under, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler enheder, og ekstra badehuse og badeværelser.

Hvis du i visse sportsgrene eller aktiviteter har V. O også dækket med en tennisbane og basketballbane. Sammen med rekreative bygning, der har et bibliotek, poolborde, dart boards og bordtennis og også WiFi!

Afhængigt af årstiden har pavillonen alle forskellige aktiviteter også fra pandekage morgenmad, kirke, film, musicals, svømning, yoga, line dancing osv!

Cudjoe Key er 20 miles fra Key West. Det ligger mellem Sugarloaf Key og Summerland Key og ikke langt fra Big Pine Key eller Marathon. Hele året er der forskellige arrangementer, helligdage, festivaler, fisketurneringer, hummer sæson, båd race, fantasy fest osv.

Peace and quiet

No frills - designed for relaxation. All the simple comforts of home. The property is safe and secure. People are friendly - security is on point. If i venture that way again, i will definitely stay again. Could have used some outside furniture.

Morris Family Vacation

We absolutely loved Our stay at Shawna’s family’s house. The amenities that she and the park provided are excellent. The pool was awesome and its open late. The activities they have at the park are very cool. The hot tub was hot and relaxing. The general store on the property is so convenient. You can drop your boat right in the water in the park. The place is gated, private, and has 24 hour security so none of your stuff will get stolen. And the location is awesome. 35 minutes to Duval street. We had an absolute perfect stay. There was plenty of room for my family we were all comfortable. The a/c blasts in the house. We cooked our meals and were able save money that way. (everybody knows eating out every meal on vacation can get expensive). And another thing, Shawna is always available if you have ANY issues. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, safe, clean place to stay look no farther.

Stay

The location was great it was very clean. I does need wash cloths as there were none that we could find and the master bedroom needs a new mattress as that one has a large sink hole in the center and you keep rolling into it as you sleep. It could also use a few nightstands and maybe not be against the wall as it was difficult to get in and out of if the other person was sleeping. It was a cute property and served the purpose for us.

Less than expected.

Property was fair condition. It is a trailer with 1 key for the slider, we entered.it was opena nd key on the table(key did not work) and no key for backdoor. We kept our items in the car when we left the location. 3rd sleep space had no air flow, nor privacy as it was right off kitchen and the only accessway to bathroom. Outdoor space was old worn chairs. That said it served the purpose for our 4 days. Great location and pool area was great.

Small but cute, needs updated furniture

Cute place, small but decorated and useful. The “master” bed needs a frame and there’s little to no storage for clothing. More kitchen items such as bowls (there are 3) and some updates along those lines. We have stayed at VO multiple times, very disappointing the pool was closed most of our stay. Overall it fit the bill, the keys are paradise after all. Host was very communicative and pleasant to work with.

Great location and amenities

This was a great base to explore the keys. Close to Key West and not far from Keys further east. It was wonderful to have access to the pool and hot tub. Laundry is a couple of doors down. We really enjoyed this spot and would return!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay, the location of Venture Out is great for trips to Key West, Marathon or even Islamorada. Shawna was a great host and we had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and we went to the local fish markets to grab some yummy seafood to grill!

Disappointing

The community that the trailer is in was well maintained and felt safe. The trailer itself was a let down. There was a literal hole in the back bedroom. This room is so small that the door will not completely open. The twin bed in the hall is not normal length. Only a child could fit in the bed. In the pictures the front room looks bright and airy. Dark, heavy drapes are now on the windows. I understand the purpose of the drapes, but the room was not as pictured. The shower is very short- it is a trailer bathroom though. We were there during a tropical storm and the front room and the window by the small hallway bed let water in.

Tiny property!

I must say we enjoyed our stay! The resort was very beautiful. and I loved riding bikes around the community. When we first entered the cottage i was very surprised at how small it was but we made it work. We planned a pool day on Saturday but couldn't due to someone pooping in it, so that was a disappointment. I also liked that Cudjoe Keys is so close to Duval St! But one thing I would suggest is buy new bedding and pillows! everything was super old and the cleaning ppl missed picking up someone's press-on nails that was on the bathroom sink by the hand soup. There was also a young security guard that circled around the community and felt the need to ask my two daughters if they were sitting on someone else property?? which was super upsetting and came back later asking if the bikes had lights because if not we cant ride them around. It isn't the owner at fault but just watch out for this. Other then that.. I loved the property!!

The Venture Out resort is GREAT.! The grandkids and I enjoyed our week there and definitely look forward to another stay! The home is cute but definitely could use some updating. Has aged since photos were taken.

Retro Keys Style

This cute little place was just what we needed for our Florida Keys getaway. We had lots of fun and enjoyed the property. We were a bit warm as the air units struggled to keep up with the Florida sun, but a trip to the pool cured that issue quickly. We did require a bit of help from the property manager and she was amazing! Can’t wait to visit again!

Comfy cottage by the sea

My husband and I went with four of our friends. The owner of the property communicated with us about everything we needed to know and always quickly answered our questions. All 6 of us were comfortable and we will definitely be going back we didn’t need to bring anything, she made sure we had everything we needed. Great host and beautiful property.

Pictures are deceiving

The pictures listed on VRBO were obviously taken by a professional real estate photographer because they make the cabin look much bigger than it really is. Yes, this place does sleep 6 but it is much tighter than it appears. The back bedroom is so small that there is only enough space for a bed, and the door to the room does not open fully. The layout is a bit weird too. From the kitchen, there is a little hallway with a twin bed. You have to walk through that hall and past the twin bed to get to the bathroom. On top of that, you have to walk through the bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. Considering that the bathroom does not have a fan, you can imagine that either of the beds are not places you want to hang out if someone is showering or using the bathroom. Besides being small, the cabin is run down. There are several places with obvious water damage, and the electrical outlets are bulging out of the walls. In the other bedroom, a big orange extension cord is piled up in one corner; that cord is used to run the AC in the room. That made it feel a little unsafe, so be sure to check the smoke detectors. (They were dead when we arrived.) Lastly, there are no end tables or coffee tables or ottomans in any of the rooms. At the end of the day, when you want to relax, there is no place to put up your feet or to put your drink down. On the upside, the cabin is well decorated. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to prepare a meal. The propane grill was a nice addition. There were plenty of towels for showering. We used the laundry facilities while we were there, as well as the campground showers, pool, and hot tub, and those were all great. The owner has two bikes onsite for guests to use; however, one is out of service. It needs a new inner tube. We did call the property manager to bring batteries for the smoke detectors and also to fix a slow draining bathroom sink and shower. The property manager was very nice. She responded quickly and had someone come right over to fix the plumbing issues.

Wonderful Location

This is the perfect location for a peaceful get away in the keys. The resort offers many activities and amenities. The location in the lower keys is perfect for day trips to Key West or Marathon and the middle keys. The property was clean and check in and check out were a breeze. I have stayed in the keys many times and this is a great bang for your buck. Obviously it is not the Ritz Carlton but it is a way to stay in the keys and have endless options of activities without breaking your bank.

Not what the pictures suggested

While the community Venture Out was great, the property was not what we expected. The trailer was not in good shape. There was a hole in the ceiling in one of the rooms and you could barely get into the room. The back bedroom had a terrible smell when the air conditioner was on making it impossible to sleep or enjoy the space. Also the slider that acts as a front door has a very flimsy lock. The lot the trailer is on is shady with nice palms and the Venture Out amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc) were well-maintained and fun to use.

Quiet Getaway

Completely happy with our time spent at this property. Location is excellent, not too far away from Key West or Marathon. The community the property is on is very quiet and everyone was friendly. The property was perfect for me and my fiancé, would definitely recommend.
