Host was accommodating and promptly responsive. Four cars spot. No on street parking. Not an issue for our group. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Added to our favorites list.

Thanks so much for the kind words. We're glad Grey Seal worked well for your group and that the parking setup fit your needs. Knowing the home provided a pleasant, comfortable base for your time on the coast is exactly what we aim for. It’s great to hear you added it to your favorites — we’d love to welcome you back whenever your plans bring you this way.

The property was great. The only issue was the keypad didn't work so we had a little bit of trouble getting into the property. I spoke with the host and he said he would fix it but they did not fix it while we were there and there wasn't any more communication. Other than that this is a great place to stay. We especially liked that each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

We’re glad Grey Seal provided a comfortable stay and that the private bathrooms added convenience for your group. We’re sorry the keypad made arrival more difficult than it should have been. We’re following up with our local team to ensure the entry system is working reliably and that communication is handled more promptly if assistance is needed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back for a smoother stay.

Property was clean, well maintained and organized. Very accommodating and fun with all the games and activities. We used the beach access 5 blocks away and it was perfect. There are signs posed around the home that serve as check out reminders, which contradicts with email communication so that could be updated but management was quick to respond and reinforce our check out responsibilities. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thanks for choosing Grey Seal. We're glad the home's layout, thoughtful touches, and collection of games helped you relax, and that the nearby beach access fit your plans so well. We appreciate the note about the checkout reminders; we will update the posted signs to match our email instructions and are happy our team could quickly clarify. We would be glad to welcome you back.

The house was excellent - everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom which was fantastic! The basement game room was wonderful for kids to play. Well appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location and plenty of parking for 3 couples. We would 1000% stay again.

We had such a great experience staying at this house! Kitchen and living area along with dining room were open and great for hangouts with family. And bedrooms all with individual bathrooms was such a plus. Beach access was not too far and close to everything you need nearby! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and spacious getaway home!

Had to wait 1 hour past 4 p.m. to enter house because code didn't work on door, and it took 1 hour for somebody to respond. We ended up using the housekeeping keys. I suggest the front lock get fixed.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about Grey Seal. We’re very sorry for the hour-long wait at check-in when the door code wouldn’t work, and we appreciate your patience while housekeeping provided access. We’ve scheduled the front lock for service and adjusted our on-call check-in response so future arrivals are handled more swiftly. We hope you’ll stay with us again so we can provide a seamless arrival. Warmly, the team

we've enjoyed the house itself, but advertising this house and beach and water view is false. there's a sliver of ocean out of the laundry room window between the 2 houses in front of it and one upstairs bedroom has a tiny little view with frosted windows on the bottom half. it's hardly what I would call a beach and water view. we have paid less for actual beach front homes in Pacific City. the garage door opener doesn't work which was still inconvenient even though it was disclosed ahead of our arrival. only one bathroom had shower gel soap. all bathrooms were almost out of shampoo and conditioner. the house has served it's purpose for the most part, but we will not stay here or anywhere under this management company again. we don't feel like we received 5k worth of accommodations with the biggest thing being the lack of beach view.

Jaymie, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the house itself, and we’re sorry the ocean views did not meet your expectations, particularly given the value you expected from your stay. We understand how important an accurate representation of the property is when choosing a vacation home. As you were advised before arrival, the garage door opener was not working, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We also regret that the bathroom amenities were not adequately replenished. Following your feedback, our team issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

The place was great, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, just down the road from beach. 3 issues- hot tub was merky and low on water. We added water, bought a clarifier and it cleared it up. There is not a outside spry area to clean the sand from items or yourself. The couch is modular pieces and was not connected to each other, there was times the couch slid if you sat down a certain way.

Was never able to access the property. Owner gave a bad code, then could not be contacted. Spent an hour over the phone with VRBO, they could not contact the owner either. We left to get reservations at a nearby hotel and didn’t hear back from owner until the next day. Good luck to whomever tries to rent.
