The home is a wonderful gathering place. Our group enjoyed the main living area being separate from the sleeping. It seems perfect for families, with 3 floors of living space.

A great house to spend quality time with family for an extended weekend. The beach access was a little tricky to find and is a 10 minute walk not a 3 minute walk but other than that, great time!

Very nice beach house, good location, view of ocean, and equipped nicely. Good for families with a downstairs hangout spot, and playground next door.

This was an absolutely beautiful home with amazing ocean views. The home was very clean. We traveled with our grandchildren and they absolutely loved the small playground next door. We can’t wait for our next stay here.

This is a lovely home with room for our family. It's close to the beach, south an ocean view from all 3 levels. There's a nice playground next door that our kids enjoyed. We loved waking up and walking out to hear the ocean and breathe the fresh air!

Absolutely loved the property!! Did a family honeymoon with our 4 kids ages 21, 16, 14 and 13 and it was amazing! Tons of space for family meals, family game night and movie night. BBQ grill worked great and the roof top hot tub was fantastic after a day in the cold pacific. We are completely in love with the house, the area and the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the property it was absolutely beautiful! The views are breathtaking. The only issue was we were not given the right door code so had to wait a few minutes for a call back to get in. I would recommend this place to stay for sure.

The place was very centralized for just about anything (shopping, restaurants, beach). We were very confused about the 3 minute walk to the beach. It was more like a 3 minute drive. It would be good if a Google Map with this 3 minute path to the beach was included in the pictures of the place. We had to drive down a very narrow and not the safest to walk with kids, to get to the beach. There was some cleanliness issues with the place and it was not at all very well stocked with the basics, like tin foil, zip lock bags, cooking spray and some basic spices, compared to other places I have stayed. The check in and check out was very easy and we did not have to do any cleaning at time of check out, which was a pleasant surprise.

Didn't realize that none of the bathrooms sinks had no hot water. Had to wash our hands and face in the only sink with hot water in the kitchen. The main rug in the living room was filthy as was the ottomans. We checked in as the house keeper was leaving with her dog. Rules of the house said no dogs allowed? The garage odor of mold was overwhelming. I gave it a 3 star only because it has a hot tub. Had to hunt down a lighter for the BBQ because the sparker wasn't working at all. They try to advertise this house as a 4 star but frankly I don't understand how. For the price it's not worth it.

Our team suggested checking the kitchen cabinets for a manual igniter, but when you couldn’t locate one, we followed up internally; unfortunately, we couldn't confirm a final resolution. Our family has stayed here for the last two Thanksgiving holiday. We plan on continuing this tradition. This is a very nice home and it works well for our family.

This beautiful property is a short walk to the beach and a short drive away. The house offers spectacular Ocean views from three distinct advantageous points. It is the perfect mix of elegance with a small touch of beach-themed decor. The house is well-kept, and the host and their team are phenomenal communicators and very kind. The rooftop hot tub is a nice touch, with an ocean view during the day and wave sounds by night. The house is kid-friendly, with a courtesy baby gate, a pack-and-play, and a high chair for your convenience. There is a small park right next to the house, and a well-stocked kitchen full of dishes you'll need to cook and serve with. The location is 5 minutes from town, 45 minutes from Newport, with many attractions in between. The spacious property provides ample room for a large family/group (excluding pets) and is highly recommended. I can hardly wait to use this place again. The only downside to this property is that parking is tight, with few street parking options available. Everyone we had encounteredered in the surrounding vacentity were plight, and had wonderful suggestions on where to go and what to do with the weather being colder/wetter than anticipated.

Good, nice house. Would have loved a heater in the master bedroom though! Also if the shower in the master was a bit hotter.Tv s were easy to figure out which was nice, I sometimes have to call for help figuring them out. Great location , close to town
