We had the best time at the cottage and can’t wait to come back! Every detail of the home was so thoughtfully designed, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel welcome and comfortable.The host was also incredibly responsive, making communication quick and easy throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had the best time. The cottage was just like the pictures and description. Very clean kitchen and we had everything we needed to cook. The bedrooms were very comfortable! We decided to drive to the beach but it was close enough to walk. The entrance to the beach had parking places and that made the beach trip very easy for us since we had a wagon. We loved the screened in area in the back. We will definitely return in the future! The host was awesome and very helpful!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. We were very grateful for the beach accessories and the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. We even had a cute little tree frog that kept the bugs on the front door at bay! My kids named the frog Philip in case anyone else needs his pest services, Philip gets a 10/10 too!

Loved the Private outdoor space close to the beach!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at St. George Island Cottage - Florida Vacation Rental ! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a fun, colorful beach vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. The location was perfect — very private and peaceful, yet the beach was super close and an easy walk away, which we absolutely loved. The owners clearly put so much thought into every detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor spaces truly made the stay special. We especially loved the screened-in outdoor area with the TV — it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings — and the outdoor shower area was wonderful after coming back from the beach. Everything felt so welcoming, comfortable, and designed for a relaxing getaway. Whether relaxing on the porch, walking to the beach, or simply enjoying the quiet island atmosphere, every moment felt like a true vacation. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and memorable stay on St. George Island!

Comfort and Quality in a gorgeous home!

We had such a wonderful stay- this home truly exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and incredibly well-appointed, with thoughtful touches everywhere we looked. Everything just felt easy and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The decor was beautiful without feeling overdone, and the artwork throughout the house was stylish and welcoming. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with fresh, clean linens, and there were plenty of soft towels for everyone. One of our favorite surprises was the huge selection of games that invited us to laugh and enjoy even a rainy day together. The screened-in back porch was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, while the sunny front porch was a great place to start the day. Everything was thoughtfully curated to invite us to slow down and enjoy. You can tell a lot of care went into making those spaces enjoyable. The beach gear was a bonus as well. Having wagons, chairs, and boogie boards made everything so much easier. And the outdoor shower (with hot water!) was incredibly convenient for rinsing off after the beach without dragging sand inside. The washer and dryer were also vital! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we ended up cooking and grilling several times without missing a thing. And the walk to the beach really is as easy as it sounds, just a quick, quiet 4-minute walk to the sand! We absolutely loved our stay and would be thrilled to come back!

Perfect stay in St. George

This place is absolutely the cutest. I stayed here for my birthday and we had a wonderful time playing games in the outdoor living room. The kitchen/dinning room is also a great spot to host and cook dinners together. Next time I come here, this will definitely be at the top of my list.

An Island Dream!

My family had the absolute best time at the SGI Cottage! It was a literally a little hidden oasis in the middle of the island. It was so clean and perfect size for our teenagers and us to enjoy our space, but the back deck was such a great place for us to come together and enjoy family time. We loved that it was enclosed completely, and our son loved finding the geckos and frogs that would randomly appear on the screen and wood around the deck. It was about 9 blocks from the main area of the island, so it was a quick trip to the Piggly Wiggly if you need something. We tried pretty much every restaurant on the island, but Blue Parrot and Paddy's were definitely our favorite. We loved that they had the beach wagon ready for us to use and it made the short 3 minutes trek to the beach so much easier. The kitchen had everything that we needed to make breakfast and lunch at the house easy to fix. We also loved the refrigerator on the back deck. We had that as our drink fridge and was so nice when we were hanging out on the deck. The beds were so comfy and the theming was perfect! We honestly had no complaints! My husband and I are elementary school teachers and this was the perfect start to our summer break. Thanks Rebecca. We can't wait to come back.

Peaceful Retreat

The SGI Cottage is located close to the beach and bay. It feels like an oasis away from the traffic of the main roads. The cottage was very clean and is much more spacious than I thought it would be. The crowning gem is the screened in patio. Your family will definitely enjoy this outdoor area. We will be back, you should check it out!
