The living room features a comfortable queen bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options and a dining table enough to accommodate two.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Located in the family-friendly community of Al Furjan, this studio offers convenient access to everyday essentials and key areas of Dubai. It’s just a 14-minute walk to Discovery Gardens Metro Station and provides quick connectivity to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Residents can enjoy nearby dining options at Al Furjan East and West Pavilions, both just a 7-minute drive away, along with a cafeteria and a grocery store located on the building’s ground floor for added convenience.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 30-35 mins away by car.
Marina Walk is 20 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 30 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach and Burj Al Arab are 30 mins away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
