Pros:-The home is large and is a good size for multi-generational families-The pool area is nice with beautiful landscaping-Comfortable beds-Well stocked kitchen (except for trash bags and paper towels) -Sonos sound system -Quiet neighborhood Cons-Cockroaches in the kitchen -Not cleaned well before we arrived (Ex: press on nail found on the floor by the couch)-Feel we overpaid

Amazing House

This house made our stay in Kauai so much better. It had all the amenities one could want while on vacation. My favorite part was the pool, spa, steam room, and outdoor/indoor bathroom. I would highly recommend this house and hope to stay here again.

So perfect you will never want to leave

This home is perfection, peace, tranquility. We ended up hardly leaving the home because it is a vacation wrapped up into a perfect package. We will be dreaming of this home and Hanalei Bay for years to come!

Amazing

Unique, private, relaxing - we loved our stay here. The house is immaculate, very spacious, and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, Hanalei Bay, and a short drive to the amazing Tunnels beach. And Yen was an awesome host! Can’t thank her enough for the advice and recommendations for our stay in Princeville. You’ll love staying here!

Amazing House!

We stayed here for a couple days at the beginning of December but I wish we could have stayed longer! This house was so super classy and we loved all the modern styling. The infinity pool and hot tub was cooler than any resort I've stayed at and we loved the outdoor BBQ area. The bathrooms were huge and bigger than my entire house! We will definitely be staying here again!

Just R&R

This past visit was our second stay in this home. Rest and relaxation are the only vibe radiating from this exquisite casa. It’s not too far from sun, sand & surf. Property manager was easy to reach and directed us to some great spots to eat. We are already planning our next visit.

Beautiful, Clean, Well appointed home!

We truly enjoyed our time at Laule'a Kailani. The property was exactly as described in the VRBO description. It is in a quiet area on the North Shore of Kauai. You will find the home comfortable, clean and relaxing. Perfect for two couples or a family. We will definitely rent this home again.

Perfect island oasis with privacy and unique charm

If you are looking through reviews and you do tons of researching like me, know that this is the place you want. It is peaceful, quiet, private and unique. Great kitchen and grill spaces, beautiful pool and jacuzzi set over the lush valley views, this place is a hidden gem that will be a highlight of your stay. My fiancé and I will be back!

Amazing!

Amazing views, perfectly stocked kitchen and the best location on the island... This house is beautiful and was the perfect peaceful getaway. Yen was so helpful and easy to work with. I can't find a single thing that wasn't perfect to complain about!

Verdant Paradise

Only regret is the weather was very rainy for most of the week. Also, while the home is generally very well equipped, it could use some fry pans and wine glasses.

You need to stay here!

If I could, I would always stay in this property every single time I come to Kauai. It's so private, comfortable, the views are amazing and you just feel like you're on vacation the second you walk through the doors. Love the modern and sleek design and it was very hard to leave the fabulous pool area. Hanalei is just a short drive away, making this home the perfect spot for exploring the North Shore! Oh and for any yoghis out there, this place even has its own private yoga studio!

Crazy Beautiful Villa!!!

Fell inlove with this house in an instant!! The house is amazing!! Very chill, clean.. Had a wonderful and relaxing girls getaway! Hanalei Bay was so beautiful! Also loved Ke'e beach! Sunset drinks at the St Regis recommended by Yen was a great idea! Very nice property manager, helped us figure out the fun things to do! Thanks so much!!!

Restort Style Luxury w/Amazing Views

This home is so well designed that it felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. The property is gorgeous both inside and out. The views were gorgeous and the neighborhood private, quiet & peaceful. We absolutely enjoyed the steam room, hot tub, and pool and made sure to take advantage of it every day during our stay. The outdoor dining/grill area easily accommodated our family and the mini fridge made it easy to stay at the pool all day long. We'd love to stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

a surfers design home with breathtaking view

in the jungle of chintzy homes a real highlight of design and architectural proficiency. the house is perfectly located to reach several beautiful beaches and the fun surfer town of hanalei. Yen, the caretaker of the house is super reliable, helpful and always reachable. we spend outstanding days at the house and would have loved to stay for good.

The property was fantastic and a great location!

My husband and I rented this beautiful home with another couple. We travel quite a bit and enjoy renting different homes around the world. We all agreed that this rental was one of the best we had experienced - both with the home itself and the services provided by Elite Vacation Rentals - always helpful and available if we had any questions etc. The home is very private but close to beach and restaurants etc. Also, the amenities of the home are excellent re: bedding, cleanliness, pool/spa/outdoor showers and beautiful views over the tree line. It felt like we were staying in a world-class tree house!
