The ground floor has a master suite with attached bath, and two bedrooms each with queen bed. There is a second full bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor is a second suite with one king bed, and 3 twin beds, with its own full bathroom. Above the spacious living room is a loft featuring five twin beds. Plenty of room for a reunion or get together with friends. The house provides a peaceful setting with the beautiful Delaware bay as your backyard. Guests can relax in our pool and hot tub after a day of birding, water sports, or exploring the architecture, history, or fine dining options that Cape May offers. For rainy days enjoy our unique game room, with billiards, arcade games, and skee ball. Sunsets are spectacular, and can be enjoyed while grilling in the backyard. A screened in gazebo provides a shaded area to sit and enjoy the breeze and chat.

For the summer season, starting on May 31 - Sept 6, 2026, this property will be rented on a weekly basis (7 day minimum stay), with check-in after 4pm on Sunday, and check out before 11am on the following Sunday.
