Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. This is not the type of feedback we typically receive for this home, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We take guest feedback seriously and will review the points you have raised with our team to ensure the property continues to be maintained to the standard our guests expect. We would have welcomed the opportunity to assist you during your stay. We encourage all guests to contact our team as soon as any issue arises, as we are always happy to help and can often resolve concerns quickly while guests are still enjoying their holiday. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues at the time, which meant we did not have the opportunity to investigate or provide support during your stay. We also aim to provide an accurate representation of our properties through our listing, including photos and descriptions, so guests can make an informed choice before booking. We’re sorry that your experience did not align with your expectations. Overall, we’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and, in particular, the stunning views from the living area. The outlook is one of the features our guests often love most about this property, and we’re glad you were able to appreciate it during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best for your future travels. Warm regards, Wynonna and The Freycinet Holiday Houses Team

Hi Sonia, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate the feedback we receive from our guests, it helps us to make improvements. It is lovely to know you enjoyed the wonderful views from this beautiful property and we are sorry to hear the possums were active on the roof during your stay. It is always a treat to have the wildlife so close to your doorstep but this does come with drawbacks from time to time. It can be difficult to cater to each guest’s preference regarding mattress firmness. We will however pass your feedback onto the owner and thank you for letting us know. We love sharing this special part of Tassie with visitors and hope you will be able to come back again soon. Kind Regards, Verina and The Freycinet Holiday Houses Team
