High on a quiet Mira Mesa hillside in northern San Diego, Vista del Sol gives a group all the room it needs to spread out, settle in, and soak up the sun. The setting is calm and residential — a cul-de-sac with canyon views — but you're only minutes from Mira Mesa's deep bench of restaurants, the shops and IMAX theater at Mira Mesa Market Center, and a handful of family-friendly parks. When the coast calls, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, and Del Mar are all a short drive west.

Inside, the living area is the heart of the home. Big windows pull in the hillside light, and a pair of green sofas anchors a lounge built for movie nights on the large TV. The kitchen is the kind guests keep coming back to in their reviews: fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, handsome tilework, and enough counter space to cook a group dinner without anyone bumping elbows. Parking Details:

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
