No roads to cross, no long walks — the beach is your front yard. There is a private screened patio with comfortable furnishings to sit and enjoy the weather and Sanibel’s beauty. Your private parking spot is right behind the unit, outside the lanai/screened patio, that you can see from the inside, this condo is as convenient as it is breathtaking.



The Space:

Inside, the light-filled space is thoughtfully designed with fresh coastal furnishings. The open living area features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and smart TV, while the brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick snacks to sunset dinners. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience.

It’s the ideal mix of tranquil beachfront living and easy access to everything Sanibel offers.



Getting Around:

Uber, taxi, and car can get you to the unit. Golf carts are available for rent and can use to get around the island.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking the property.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
