Jackson Market – Great for breakfast and lunch. Quaint backyard with plenty of seating. Delicious chilaquiles!

Homestate Tacos – Locations in Playa Vista or downtown Culver. Perfect for breakfast tacos.

For local coffee shops, you can try Super Domestic or Go Get Em Tiger (although Starbucks is walking distance away for ease!)

𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: The studio is located behind the main house, where the owner lives. You'll have your own private entrance, and the unit is separate and fully secluded, so your privacy is guaranteed. Check-in is completely self-service for your convenience.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼 – 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱
Street parking is free and usually easy to find, but availability can vary and is outside of our control.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲: This side of the street (in front of the home): Fridays, 11 AM – 1 PM. Opposite side of the street is every 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟏 𝐀𝐌 – 𝟏 𝐏𝐌.

Please make sure to check all posted signs carefully, as we can't be held responsible for any parking tickets or violations. We want your stay to be stress-free—so just a little parking awareness goes a long way.

To keep things comfy, clean, and relaxing for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow these simple guidelines:

𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗩𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: We’re all about that fresh-air feeling! Please keep the space smoke-free—inside and out.

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆: We’d love to know who’s staying with us! For everyone’s safety, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

𝗡𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: As much as we love a good celebration, this home is a chill zone. No parties, loud gatherings, or events of any kind, please.

𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: Dogs are allowed as long as they are not more than 40 pounds. We'll need a brief description of your dog's size and breed before booking. Cats are not allowed.
