Sand Cay Beach Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, we stayed in these two apartments for three weeks. The person in the office was very friendly, but we had occasions where we had problems with the shower about warm wasser. It was not properly fixed, so the problem kept occurring during our three-week stay. We also would have appreciated having the apartment cleaned once a week when staying for three weeks. Other than that, it is a very good location. Many thanks!

Thomas, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us this review! We are so glad that you found our office staff friendly and helpful. Our staff definitely enjoys what they do and it definitely shows. We are so sorry that you had issues with the water temperature in your shower while you were here staying with us, your comfort is priority while you are here staying as our guest. Sand Cay does provide one free cleaning if you stay for one month or more, but if you request a cleaning for a shorter stay while you are here, we are happy to accommodate you. We are glad that you enjoyed the location and enjoyed the time with your family. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Sand Cay Beach Resort

Great value!

We’ve stayed at 10 or so places on the beach along this stretch, and this listing delivered all it promised. Comfortable space and accommodations. I’m leery when people say “walking distance” to the pool and beach, but they were on the mark. Thanks and see you again!!

Great place!

We loved staying at #307! The amenities were just what we needed, the place was clean and well layed out. The access to the beach was great and the beach itself was clean with lots of great little shells. Beach chairs provided were very helpful and the umbrella and beach toys in the condo were also helpful. We loved the quiet atmosphere, we were close enough to quickly drive to food and entertainment, but far enough away from the busiest areas to make our stay relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Our Stay at the Cay

The location of the property was great. Disappointed that we shared our patio with our neighbors. They had small children and we weren't able to use it much. The rug needed to be cleaned well as the living room furniture and the patio furniture needs updating. The beach is terrific!!!

Nice getaway

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The condo looked exactly as advertised and had all the amenities needed for a short stay- including linens, towels and soap in the bathroom and beach towels for the beach/pool. We found the shower in the master bath very tricky to figure out and use, but it was nice once we got it going. Easy walk to the pool and beach and other amenities around like shuffleboard and tennis/pickleball. Laundry is by the front office. The place is not especially close to good restaurants so we did grocery shop and make most of our meals at home. Highly recommend Crab and Fin one night for dinner in St. Armand's circle.

Not for six to stay

The proximity to the beach was awesome with this property however it was posted as sleeping six in this condo there’s no way you could sleep six the bedroom with the two twin beds in it was very small and for two adult women in a room like that it was pretty crowded. It would’ve been nice to have a a few more towels and tissues and toiletries.
