The Space:

With three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and access to a private beach, this inviting retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing seaside escape.



The main floor features an open layout with hardwood floors throughout and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The living room offers a large sectional sofa with seating for five, two armchairs, a stylish area rug, and a 70-inch wall-mounted Smart TV with the ability to log into your favorite streaming apps, perfect for a family movie night or catching up on your favorite shows. A decorative faux fireplace adds a cozy touch.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, and offers plenty of prep space for home-cooked meals. The dining table seats six, with an additional three seats at the kitchen counter, ensuring everyone has a place to gather.



Upstairs, you’ll find two full bathrooms — one featuring a tub/shower combo and the other, an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The hardwood floors continue throughout, with soft area rugs in the living room and primary bedroom adding warmth and comfort.



For easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:
