Skip the Springdale crowds and upgrade your Southern Utah experience! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat in Virgin is your serene escape, nestled in a quiet Dark Sky Community—the perfect setting for world-class stargazing after a long day in the canyons.

You are ideally located for efficiency: just ~15 miles to Zion National Park (with the Kolob Terrace entrance only 7 miles away!) and offering direct access to local bike trails right across the street.

The exterior is designed for ultimate relaxation and adventure prep:

Private Hot Tub & Fire Pit: Unwind nightly with a rejuvenating soak in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit (we even provide the firewood!).

Ready to Grill: Enjoy dinner under the sunset on the patio using the gas grill (propane supplied) and the large outdoor dining area.

We loved this place! Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. We loved the fire pit & the amazing night sky, filled a million stars. If you are going to Zion NP, this is the perfect place!

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location near Zion. We enjoyed the outdoor space, eating dinner on the patio and hot tub stargazing.

Wonderful spot near Zion

Great stay in a beautiful home near Zion. All the conveniences of home plus some! Always appreciate the pool towels for a hot tub, and the outdoor space was a nice addition. Very close to Zion, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for visiting Zion

This place is awesome!! It was so clean and well maintained with perfect interior decor and a beautiful outdoor space. It was clear the owners had thought of everything guests might find helpful for their stay. It was a perfect location for exploring Zion National Park.

Great rental near Zion!

Our family of 4 stayed in this beautiful rental. The house was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to Zion and Hurricane MTB trails. The outdoor area and view is great! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful VIEW! Great for visiting Zion

This place has everything you need! House is very clean; bed is comfortable after a long day of hiking. Outdoor area is wonderful with a spectacular view and the Hot tub is a bonus. My husband and I would most definitely stay here again.

Incredible location and amenities near Zion

Our family of five stayed for 4 nights at this location while exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon. It was a PERFECT space for us to make meals, relax, and make memories watching the sunset after hiking. Highly recommend!

Zion vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed. We liked relaxing at the end of the day on the patio, in the hot tub or playing bags. The location is in reasonable proximity of Bryce and Zion. Virgin is a small, quiet community but close to restaurants and grocery stores in La Verkin and Hurricane.

Loved this place! Great location about 15 minutes from Zion national park, hot tub and beautiful views. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. King bed is super comfy but the twin mattresses in the bunk beds are very firm! Kitchen is well stocked for a rental. Check in was a little confusing as I never got a door code and it wasn’t listed in the app, and neither was the WiFi or checkout instructions. I luckily guessed the door code and all of that info was on printed instructions inside, but it would be helpful if the host could put it in the app to avoid confusion. Overall would definitely book again!

A Relaxing Getaway in Sunny Paradise

We enjoyed a lovely stay here this past weekend - such gorgeous sunset views relaxing from the hot tub to enjoy after a full days of hiking/exploring. Hosts set things up very well for us, keeping things clean and stocked, friendly with needs, and respected privacy. Highly recommend :)

Perfect spot for my family to relax in between hiking adventures. The hot tub and view were breathtaking. And my husband loved the king bed so much, we checked the label before we left. Would 1000% return here!

Everything new and high end

Brand new renovated unit with super comfortable mattresses, luxurious towels, and full kitchen. Much better than any hotel and close to Zion. Private yard and hot tub was added plus.

Stunning location!!!

Wow! What an amazing visit to Zion! The uninterrupted views from the back patio were spectacular. The hot tub and fire pit were so fun after a long day spent exploring. Super close to the Park, Kolob Canyon, and delicious restaurants. It was nice to have our own kitchen for our stay and the updated, clean space felt so refreshing after a day in the sun. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable and the perfect launching pad for Zion and exploring the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and wonderful outdoor space. My only note - don’t count on the washer/dryer. It’s a very small 2-in-1 machine. Likely not a problem for many people, but we stayed between camping trips and needed to do some wash. A laundromat was an easy enough fix. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House Right Outside of Zion

My 3 girl friends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect spot for adventuring in and around Zion! The house is detached but next-to the owner's house with it's own private backyard that includes a hot tub, corn hole and a great sitting area. The house felt really clean and was a comfortable size for the 4 of us. The outside space is wonderful and backs up into the beautiful mountains. It's in a great location, just 15-20 min from Zion and 15 min in the other direction to lots of places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!
