Stayed here for 8 nights! The rooms were beautiful along with the view!! Great communication before arrival when I had questions. Very clean, everything worked great and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!!! The large balcony was so relaxing at night!!!

The mold in the shower was unacceptable, the dryer quit 4 days before department, the couch and love seat was filthy (we covered it in a sheet in order to sit on it - but it was wore out no cushion left - it was flat), the kitchen lights worked one day and not the second. Nice location, nice staff we interacted with. Real Joy was not really up on this property. They could do better!

We loved this unit. We have stayed at Emerald Isle many times. This unit is one of the best we have experienced. As always, the balcony is wonderful! The bed was also very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit.

The heated pool and hot tub were great considering the temperature was in the 60’s the week we were there. The condo was very clean but we had to buy extra items while we were there such as extra toilet paper, sponge for dishes, and paper towels, etc. over all very pleased with our trip.

It was an amazing veiw in a great part of town! It definitely could have been cleaned a little more and some of the lights (in the walk-in hallway) didn’t work.But the beds were VERY comfy and the furniture was very aesthetic. We ran out of toilet paper tho and they had so many kitchen appliances available there wasn’t any room for groceries (tho a very large fridge/freezer) I hope they clean it a little more for next people and get the lights fixed.Overall a great place to stay!

Loved our time here! There was construction on the elevator so we woke up to drilling most mornings, but not the rooms fault! The beach service is probably my only complaint. Chairs and umbrellas are taken at 4:30 and literally right on top of each other. Not even enough room for the umbrella to open without touching the others nor walk out in between. They take the umbrellas even earlier if “the wind is blowing.” I understand storm or stronger winds, but there was a slight breeze and they were taken at 2 pm. I have never experienced anything like that before. Room was awesome, and so were the beds! The room had some sand on the counter tops and the shower was stopped up, but aside from that a great experience!

I also apologize for the issues with the beach service; chairs and umbrellas are handled by the onsite vendor/association, but we will pass along your feedback about overcrowding and the early removal policy so they can review spacing and wind procedures.
