Opgraderet køkken og bad med nye kvarts bordplader i dette maleriske studie med queensize-seng og sovesofa. Komplet køkken, 200 meter til adgang til stranden, som kan ses fra balkonen. Opvarmet pool til gæster. 1. sal med elevator. Vaskerum og grill på stedet. Meget ønskeligt 30A-område i Seagrove Beach. Lej en cykel eller gå på ridning i nærheden. Kæledyrsvenlig! Ligger også et par miles fra en off bånd hundepark og vandrestier i Point Washington State Park. Også gode restauranter og shopping i nærheden.

Spring stay

Excellent property for our needs and wants. Amenities are just what we need, location is perfect, as is proximity to beach, dining, and shopping. Combined with excellent host, they’re all the reasons why we’ve stayed here multiple times.

We are regulars in this condo 2-3 times per year!!The host is amazing! The condo has everything you could possible need!! The condo is clean and orderly with regular check ins by the host!!The property and pool are immaculate!!It’s our fave place in 30-A

Relax!

Very cute studio! Decorated nicely. Kitchen well appointed.Tall balcony chairs to enjoy the view. plenty of towels.Comfy bed.The pull out couch was used for a week. My friend said it was comfy but it madea lot of noise whenever she moved! We laughed about it. The location is incredible! The grounds and pool area are lovely.Just a short walk to a beautiful sugar sand beach that borders a state park. Within walking distance to a wonderful restaurant and a great seafood store, among other places.I throughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return!

Quaint paradise

Pre-season getaway

Excellent stay as usual. Mid April is a great time to visit, in between the spring break and summer rushes. Much needed and very relaxing mini vacation.

Great stay!

We came down for a quick getaway and ended up extending our stay we loved it so much! We were able to bring our dog which was an extra bonus. Communication was amazing, responsive and prompt. Everything was clean and if we ever needed anything it was taken care of right away. Thanks for the great stay!

Cozy Condo

This cozy studio was really beachy and perfect for the two of us and our dog! My only criticism was the mattress on the queen bad had no firmness and our backs were sore. Others may find it soft and comfy. We’re old farts and we are used to a king bed and firm mattress. Maybe a new mattress and the place would be perfect! Our dog was happy and loved the elevator since she does not like stairs. Cindy was very responsive and got us connected to the WiFi. We would surely return in warmer weather since we had a very cold cold snap. Our little getaway was really great!

Great Value

The condo is a perfect location to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The area is very quiet and everyone staying in the complex was respectful and mature. Perfect for those wanting to get away for a relaxing trip away from the crowds.

Weekend getaway.

The property was perfect for us, very clean and well-equipped. Cindy, our host, was prompt in responding to our only question during our stay. We enjoyed it so much that we are going back next month for our anniversary.

Great location

This condo is so close to the beach, it was great being able to walk there with our small children and all their toys. There was no need for a golf cart! We also liked how the property was towards the end of the busier part of 30A (this was during peak spring break). So while bustling, it wasn’t a wild area like we saw in Seaside. Lastly the pool area was very nice and well maintained.

Cozy Beach Studio

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was very neat and clean! It’s the perfect room for a couple! The condo offers everything you need along with giving you super close access to the beach! We enjoyed every aspect of this little spot! We were in the pool and hot tub daily! The area overall is quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Location good, condo needs TLC

The proximity to the beach is good, the pool area is lovely. The condo has not been well cared for by the owners. I had to clean the bathroom, the towels, and the kitchen floor mat before using them. However, even if it had been cleaned, it’s just not a property that has been shown much attention.

I know my star rating and my review is going to be a bit confusing

I did enjoy my stay because I was on the beach but I was very dissatisfied on the property from which I stayed the puool was being renovated which I was not made aware of when I try contacting the owner Cindy Hunter she did not respond to any of my emails and I numerously tried over and over to get in contact with her and never could there were supposed to be Wi-Fi she would not respond when I asked her for the password. I would not recommend renting from this owner

You get what you pay for

I knew when I booked this that it was not the most extravagant of accommodations but a few things could’ve been better. I am used to being sent check-in info about 24 hours in advance of check-in but I had to text the owner to get the code 4 hours before check-in. Also, I had to text to ask for the WiFi password. The owner was quick to answer but it would’ve been nice not to have to ask for these things. The bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and made noises every time u changed positions. I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa bed and it was way more comfortable. The toilet paper holder fell off as soon as we touched it. Also, the pool is completely under construction, and non-functional. It was a pile of dirt and concrete. That would’ve been nice to know-since the pictures show a perfectly nice pool. Location is great, very close walk to the beach but that’s about it.

Great location, Very Dirty

Me and my two friends came to stay here for a long weekend and were disturbed by how dirty the place was. When we walked in to set our bags down we realized how sandy the floors were and we hadn’t been to the beach yet so it was clearly not from us. There was a hair tie under the chair which meant that the place had not been swept. I am really not sure if anything was cleaned from the people before us. The shower had hair in it and was generally dirty. I swept the floors because it was unpleasant to be stepping in sand all weekend and I took a photo of the pile I swept up because it was alarming. There was a vacuum and broom in the closet and they were probably 20 years old and the vacuum didn’t work. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and close to a lot of great restaurants and a market. The listing doesn’t mention it but it does include beach chairs beach towels and boogie boards and floats. We were accosted by an older group of adults at the pool who accused us of vaping when we were just there to relax after a day at the beach(we were not vaping.) The walls were thin and we could hear dogs barking and people stomping around upstairs. The check in process could be improved and more informational and there were no details given for check out. Overall I think the host could do more to make the experience more enjoyable by ensuring that whatever cleaning company they use is actually …. Cleaning the place?
