This San Clemente townhouse is built for groups who want easy access to the water without sacrificing the comforts of a well-equipped home. Whether your days are spent on the sand or exploring the shoreline trail, evenings come back to a space that genuinely feels like a retreat.


Living space
Vaulted ceilings give the living room an open, breathing quality that you feel as soon as you walk in. A large sectional anchors the space - ideal for movie nights, lazy afternoons, or gathering the group after a long beach day. The TV and Ethernet connection keep things connected when you need them, and a dedicated workspace in a common area is there if anyone needs to catch up on work mid-trip.


Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across five beds. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds. The loft upstairs has a sleeper sofa, and a second queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room - giving the layout real flexibility for different group configurations.


Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook from scratch or throw together a quick meal before heading out. You`ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. A dining table brings the group together for shared meals, and the coffee is already there waiting for your first morning.


Outdoor & BBQ
The private patio or balcony is set up with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill with full barbecue utensils - charcoal, skewers, and everything else you`d need for an evening cook-up. Directly across from Ole Hanson Beach Club and Casino San Clemente, the location puts you at the center of the area`s most iconic coastal spots. Shared beach access and the beach trail are just outside, making it effortless to get to the water.


Bathroom
Two bathrooms serve the group - one ensuite off Bedroom 1, and a second shared bathroom. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. The bathtub is available for a slower wind-down after beach days.


Comfort & essentials
Central air conditioning and central heating keep the home comfortable regardless of the weather. The in-unit washer and dryer are free to use, making it easy to pack lighter and stay longer. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you`re not scrambling before you head out. Extras like room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, iron, clothing storage, and a first aid kit are all on hand.


Access & parking
This is the lower unit of a two-story townhome with a private entrance. Note that arriving requires climbing 12 stairs. Two tandem driveway spaces are included, and free street parking is available nearby. A keyless entry code is sent before arrival - no physical keys needed. Exterior security cameras are present on the property, including a Ring doorbell camera, a camera over the garage facing the parking area, and a camera looking down the steps to the front door.


House rules & check-in
Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge depending on availability. Checkout cleaning is included; mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee. Guests must be 25 or older to book. No smoking anywhere on the property. Only certain hypoallergenic dogs are permitted - cats are not allowed. Please request approval by providing your dog`s breed, size, and training details. Garage access is not available. This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only - guest privacy is respected. Package delivery is not recommended as mailbox access is unavailable.
