We had an amazing trip despite a little construction. Caihlin was an amazing host and really made this condo feel like home. We also loved her notes of where to go for happy hours, groceries and adventures around us. We will be back next year and cannot wait.

We will be back

Stayed at many of their properties and you all have been great. The beach is steps away and the pool is great. Condo has everything you need. Host is VERY responsive. Do not hesitate to book with them.

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful vacation. Condo on the beach with fabulous views. Condo is updated, very clean, looks exactly like pictures. Many amenities . Had a lot of towels at our disposal. Cannot say enough about our history Caihlin! She is responsive and extremely knowledgeable! Sent a full digital information guide ahead of time- helps in planning the stay! Would love to go here again!

Vacation for 2

We absolutely LOVED 102B, from the bikes to the books, and to the beach! The layout was perfect! The bed AND couch were super comfy! The pool was amazing! Super clean too! The snacks, all the beach supplies available, and just about anything we could think of was THERE!!! Zero complaints. ESPECIALLY the design of the room. The decorative touches made it a TRUE beach vacation. Perfection, really!! Thank you a million times, to whomever owns the unit, and ESPECIALLY, our host, Chailin.

Wonderful!!

This is the first time we have stayed in this area, we usually stay on Sanibel Island, so we weren’t sure if we would enjoy it as much, but we were pleasantly surprised! The sunsets were amazing, the shelling was as good as Sanibel and we loved watching the dolphins every morning from our balcony. The condo was clean and updated and had everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The bed was very comfortable, we actually slept better there than we do at home. Everyone we met in the building was so friendly, they even have potlucks in the lobby and everyone is invited! Parking was never a problem, we were always able to find a space close to our building. The best part of our experience was our host, Caihlin, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! She really was the best host we have ever dealt with! I highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful stay at Estero Beach & Tennis Club in Fort Myers Beach

It's been a month since we stayed there, but I haven't had a chance to write a review. However, it was such a nice stay that I didn’t want to miss the chance to mention how great it was. First, let me talk about Caihlin, the property manager. I have made many short-term rentals, and in all these years, I have never had such a quick response from a host. I don’t remember her ever taking more than a few minutes to respond. It feels great to know that you are taking care of at any time. Excellent and clear instructions for everything. Now to the property itself. The building is older, but in great condition. The apartment was stocked with everything you need or want for the beach (towels, beach cart, pool noodles, beach balls, etc., etc.) The place itself was clean and super comfortable, with a nice view of the beach. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and hope to return soon.
