We want you to have the best possible stay, so it’s important to understand the setting.

This is a shared, outdoor-style farm experience. If you’re not the outdoorsy or social type, we would still love to host you—but our property may not be the best fit.

You can expect:

* Bugs, spiders, ducks, and other woodland critters
* Shared spaces including the pavilion, fire pit, and gathering areas
* Shared bathrooms and showers, depending on guest occupancy

The pavilion facilities serve up to 8 guests total and include:

* 2 toilets
* 2 showers

All facilities are cleaned and maintained regularly throughout your stay.

The loft has approximately 4.5 feet of ceiling clearance, so movement is limited—but it makes for a comfortable and tucked-away sleeping space.

Bathrooms and showers are located just across the gravel drive, approximately 180 feet away—similar to a bathhouse setup at most state parks.

* Rustic setup (no heat or AC)
* May be shared depending on occupancy
* Cleaned regularly for guest comfort

Most guests find the short walk easy and part of the overall experience.

Step outside and enjoy everything the property has to offer:
