Great location! Host is super responsive to questions. We had no issues it was a great place to stay with kids!Only thing to keep in mind is to bring your own pots and pans. This was not a problem for us as we just planned ahead.

Host responded promptly when we had a minor problem. House was big and spacious. Centrally located to everywhere. Beds were comfy and. Great water pressure. Not senior friendly due to stairs and the walk in shower was down stairs. Host told us there was minimal cookware so we brought our own griddle and a cast iron pan due to the fact we ate most of our meals in.

We would stay there again. Clean, close to zoo and other attractions. 2 cars can park in driveway with off street parking. Nice neighborhood. We were a party of 8 so we utilized all 4 bedroom and bathrooms. Very limited cookware and table ware, if you want to prepare meals. One bathroom is in basement but is was clean and worked well only 2 couches, they were Ok but it would be beneficial to have a couple of chairs for lareger groups. Would recomend some sound asorbing items (ie throw rugs, wall hangings etc to absorbe some of the sound. this is not a negative recomendaton just something that would make this place even better.

This Vrbo has 3 queen beds, 1 king and 2 couches. It sleeps 8-10 easily, but only 6 towels and no soaps/shampoos available. The two and a half baths are a plus.There is minimal cooking and serving services. Place was reasonably clean, the yard could use some maintenance. Larger vehicles will find getting in and out of the drive challenging. The location is directly off the interstate highway and the road traffic is nonstop. One smoke alarm in the southwest bedroom went off in the middle of the night when we were all asleep, we couldn't find any cause. The house is very close to the zoo and other services.

The house was clean and in a good location. Upon arrival we settled in our rooms. We notice one of the smoke detectors was open (no batteries). Since one of the members of our party is a fire fighter we checked all the smoke detectors which none worked. We wanted to shower and looked for towels. we found just 6 bath towels available. There was no soap, shampoo or body wash available in the shower. However, the water pressure and hot water was great. The hand soaps at the sinks were all watered down. My husband wanted to have tea in the morning and there were no mugs or glass cups . He drank out of a plastic cup.Overall a fine place to stay but we were expecting a bit more.

With this property, you get what you pay for... and a little less. The positive is that this rental (at the time I rented) was a value compared to the market. It has a good location and the neighborhood was fine. What I didn't enjoy about the property was that it was empty. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, there were no oven pans or oven mitt, the biggest skillet could probably fry a single egg, the kitchenware was all plastic, there were no kitchen staples such as salt or pepper or cooking oil, there was living room space to seat 5 even though the property holds 8, the outdoor space is unkept and unwelcoming, the dishwasher did not work, some of the doors didn't fit when closing and had to be slammed shut in order to close, there was food jammed into the toaster which caused it to smoke upon using, some of the rooms didn't have a trashcan, and the two of the three nights we were there, loud music was being played until 9-10pm at night (the night we didn't hear music, there was a thunderstorm).Ultimately, the place was clean and kept but it was boring and missing a few mandatory basic essentials that we had to end up going and buying. This property is fine if you're looking for beds and a roof but in my opinion, a hotel would've offered us the same function. I won't plan to stay at this property again.

Overall our stay was great. We had two families that shared the house for a competition nearby and it was very roomy. We never felt cramped or crowded. The house is close to the Omaha Zoo and not far from Council Bluff, Iowa. My family is from a more rural area, and the house if right off the interstate, so it took us a day or two to get use to the traffic and semi's but overall it wasn't bad. They only "complaint" I would say we had was the lack of cooking supplies. There was one small frying pan not big enough to cook a meal on, and one small pot, a few plates, silverware and a few larger serving style spoons, so unless you wanted to purchase cooking utensils, we had to eat out every night. I know it is a rental house so I didn't expect it to have an over abundance of supplies, but it would have made the stay better if we could have cooked at the house. Other than that, the place was great and comfortable.

This is a beautiful home with a nice sized yard for enjoyment. There was a park approximately 2 blocks away. We did bring some of our personal stuff from home to make our stay feel more like home but everything was provided with the VRBO. Hung was extremely prompt about responding to messages before our stay, during our stay, and after our stay. I would highly recommend Hung's home to anybody wanting or needing a place to stay in Omaha.
