Beautiful and comfortable apartment for a maximum of 3 persons with a large balcony, intra muros, above the roofs of Avignon, with a dream view of the city including the Papal Palace, all historical buildings and the surrounding countryside, on the 6th Floor with elevator. Air conditioning in the living area, fans in the 2 bedrooms..
Two tastefully furnished bedrooms (French Beds 160x200 and 140x190), light-flooded living area with two sitting and one dining area.
Access to the balcony via the living room and the masterbedroom.
One spacious bathroom (shower room) with window front and great views.
Separate toilet.
Fully equipped, modern kitchen with adjoining economic loggia.
The price indicated is for 2 persons, an extra person will be charged 20,-€ per night upon arrival.
Non smoker apartment (apart from the balcony), no pets, not suitable for children - adults only.
The minimum stay during the festival in July is 7 nights.

We had a fantastic stay in Claudia’s apartment. It was a perfect base for exploring Avignon and surrounding areas. The facilities were great and the views from the balcony were incredible. Claudia was a really welcoming host and very responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying here.Thank you!

Claudia’s apartment, located within easy walking distance of the train station, has everything you need and more : AC , comfortable beds , lovely balcony overlooking the city , nice bathroom with plenty of hot water , the kitchen essentials , and a spacious comfortable living area . It was very clean and nicely decorated. All of the city attractions and some great restaurants are within walking distance ( including the wonderful restaurant Bebendum in an old convent located just a couple blocks away). We loved the apartment and Avignon !

Very clean. Great, convenient location. The view from the balcony was our favorite, especially in the evening overlooking the old city. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was very well equipped. We didn’t need it since there were restaurants everywhere!

My wife and I highly recommend this wonderful apartment on the 6th floor (with elevator) in a very convenient location in Avignon. It is only a 5 minute walk to the train station, an easy walk with luggage and convenient for taking a day trip to Arles. The very pleasant and helpful owner Claudia met us when we arrived to show us around the apartment. The large apartment is beautifully decorated and has amazing views from the windows and from the large balcony. There are two bedrooms, each with a large bed. The walk-in shower was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware. We feel that this is a high quality apartment and is good-value.

We had a lovely week-long stay in this apartment while we were in Avignon closing on our own place. It was a great base for us, with enough space to work comfortably during the day and relax in the evenings. The terrace was a real highlight, and having an elevator made everything much easier. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

An absolutely wonderful apartment, extremely well-equipped and spacious, with a wonderful balcony. It's even better than the pictures. If we return to Avignon, it will be because we want to stay in "Belvedere"!

Delightful Stay

Very comfortable, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment. Hard to imagine a better location to explore Avignon. A short walk to the train for day trips and easy walks to Avignon sites. Our host provided helpful guidance at our arrival and departure.

Amazing Stay

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-stocked for cooking. The host provided many amenities that made it feel like home. The view from the balcony was exceptional, and the location was quiet. This was an extremely comfortable and welcoming stay, and I hope to return sometime in the future.

Extraordinary Penthouse

Felt like home. So well appointed, stocked with daily needs, stunning views, the balcony was perfect for starting and ending the day. A fully equipped kitchen. So easy to walk to any part of the historic city. Highly recommended.

Great apartment, with amazing views.

Avignon

We had a wonderful time visiting Avignon, there is much to see and do, with many excellent restaurants to enjoy and sample. Our host was just excellent, very responsive and provided useful advice and tips to help us enjoy our stay in Avignon. The property is exactly as advertised and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked.

Pleasant and comfortable, great location in Avignon

This 2 BR + 1 1/2 bath apartment is well-kept, well-supplied and clean. It's quaint, and the view of old Avignon from the outside balcony is stunning. It's within walking distance to many fun restaurants and historical sites. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Avignon. The host was responsive and helpful in answering our questions and making sure check-in was easy.

Beautifully decorated / awesome kitchen

Great location. Easy in / out (elevator just outside door). Every corner of the place was tastefully decorated. Was a joy to cook in. Had all the implements, utensils, spices etc. that you would find if at home. AC adequate. Beautiful views from expansive balcony. Only downfall is the mosquitoes out there at night which can make their way indoors.

Lovely Apartment

Fantastic apartment perfectly situated to see Avignon by foot. Exactly as it was advertised, and the terrace and views were even better than expected. Host and housekeeoer couldnt have been more helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you Claudia and Ysabeau!

Terrific location

This apartment has all the comforts one could want when travelling abroad. Close to an underground parking lot, the train station, city centre too. It was quiet in the evening, all appliances in good working order. Beds were comfy as was the balcony. I would certainly stay again. Also the owner responds quickly when needed.

Lovely penthouse with an amazing terrace

Very comfortable and spacious flat that really felt like home. It was very close to everything and had a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for making our own meals or just enjoying a coffee on the teracce! I would definitely recommend this rental when in Avignon or anywhere in Provence. Claudia was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Together with my husband Georg we have travelled and lived abroad a lot during many years and finally chose to spend part of our life in Provence where we have several properties.
Our apartment in Avignon is the place we rent out to visitors, most of them come from the US.

Our apartment is extremely well situated within the ancient city walls, in a building called Le Paris“ close to all intra muros attractions, museums and restaurants as well as to the train station. It is very quiet and comfortable, with great views.
A real authentic life in Provence!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

You will especially enjoy the luminosity and the stunning views from all rooms and you will love to sip your wine or aperitif or to take your meals on the balcony watching sunrise or sunfall, which is rare to be found in the centre of the old city.
