Kitchen upgraded and well equipped for preparing meals for family and entertaining. The spacious floor plan offers an open floor plan, high ceilings and comfortable furnishing to make your stay relaxing. New flooring, fireplace, wet-bar and mirrored walls are just a few more delightful points to mention. There are flat screen TVs in the living room, primary bedroom and guest bedroom. The dining room table is unique as it doubles as a pool table and ping pong table. The patio with BBQ island, fire pit overlooks the fairway with the community pool / spa just a few steps away.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
