Large sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor lounge area where you can unwind and enjoy views of the 16th fairway with the majestic San Jacinto Mountains as a backdrop.



The bright, modern kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances and a sliding glass door that opens onto the interior patio, making it perfect for entertaining or casual dining.



After a day on the greens or the tennis courts, retreat to one of the spacious bedrooms. The primary suite offers a queen bed, double vanity, shower-over-tub, generous closet space, a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the outdoor lounge—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a large closet. The second bathroom, located in the hall, features a walk-in shower with bench, providing convenience and comfort for all guests.

Guest Access:

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.



CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only.



Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.





Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
