This is a four bedroom, 3 bathroom ground-level condo in a brand new development. All guest rooms have queen beds except the interior bedroom which has one bunk (twin upper, full lower). All rooms have sufficient closet space and (3 of the rooms) have mountain views!! Enjoy free access to the fitness gym, heated year-round pool, outdoor hot tub and gear/bike storage room with your key fob. Parking (2 vehicles max) is included.

Guests have the entire unit to themselves to enjoy, including the private patio area. Please note that the outdoor pool, fitness room and hot tub are shared with fellow guests.

Welcome to 103 Ascent - your Basecamp for an elevated mountain escape! A few things below to note for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests and building occupants:

PARKING
Please park in your designated spot only (#3 Above Ground, #47 in Parkade)! Any violation of this will result in a tow.
Additional visitor paid parking is available for extra vehicles on a first come, first served basis in Stalls #24-#34 Above Ground. Availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to space availability at the time of arrival.

Under ground: Stall #47 (hang a right, and another right...)
Above ground: Stall #3 (just to the right of the garbage/recycling area)
VISITOR STALLS: #24 - 34

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden on property. Should you choose to vape, please do so outside on the patio.

NOISE / QUIET TIME
We understand the need to celebrate, but unfortunately there are others in the building. Please observe a quiet time after 10pm (take the party indoors and to a reasonable level) until 8am. We welcome you to enjoy a quiet nightcap or early morning coffee — but do so respectfully
