This home has also has a relaxing outdoor space to enjoy the great Miami weather Miami has to offer.
• 7 minutes to Wynwood, Design District & Midtown
• 15 minutes to South Beach
• 10 minutes to MIA airport
• 12 minutes to Brickell
The space
Casa Magic, located north of Miami Design District, comes equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your time at our beautiful home, including:
✧ Fast-speed internet for streaming or work purposes
✧Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, air fryer, washer/dryer, coffee maker and Keurig k-cup coffee maker with pods, toaster, dishes, glasses and mugs for up to 3 guests
✧ Beautiful living room space with 55" Smart TV with YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora and many other apps installed. Reclining sofa for accommodating maximum comfort.
✧ Cozy dining area to enjoy good food, drinks and laughs with your small group.
✧ Relax and enjoy the spacious outdoor area, including an outdoor table for taking in the sun
✧ A full bathroom with including luxurious rain showerhead, shampoo, soap, towels to accommodate up to 3 people
✧Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process
✧ Security camera system on the exterior of the home for additional peace of mind during your stay
✧Additional amenities include iron/ironing board, detergent for washing clothes, towels, outlets next to each bed, closets for storage in each bedroom (with Bi-monthly cleanings for long-term stays)
