INDOOR LIVING AREA
The large, inviting living room is great for playing games, watching movies, or reading in front of the large front window we lovingly refer to as the “cafe” (equally great for wine or coffee drinking). Furnished with a sofa with chaise lounge, two large window chairs, plush bench seat, and 42” TV with Roku.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is comfortably stocked with equipment and supplies for your culinary needs, as well as a built-in dinette that fits the whole family. Enjoy walking to Phinney Ridge (Friday afternoon) or Ballard (Sunday morning) farmers markets and preparing a summer feast, or grab take out at any of the restaurants in walking distance and dine al fresco at home.

BEDROOMS AND BATH
Our home sleeps 5 adults or a family of 5-6 comfortably. The front bedroom has two windows that provide lots of light and a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, and a pocket door to the bathroom. There is a third, smaller bedroom in the back with huge windows facing the back yard, a twin size day bed, and a desk for quiet workspace, ideal for remote work during longer stays. The full bathroom has a combo tub/shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS
Our home has as much living space outside as inside, with a covered front porch with rocking chairs and a large private backyard made for lounging. There's an upper deck off the back of the house with ample seating and a grill — a favorite spot for guests to unwind, with a gate to keep kids or pets where you want them.
Below is a large sunken patio great for bikes and scooters, plus a second seating area covered with lights for evenings outside. The large lawn is perfect for sports, running around, or naps in the grass, and a gated dog run keeps the pet business off to one side.

We welcome longer stays and to help maintain the home, we include and coordinate interim cleanings recurring every 4 weeks at times most convenient to our guests.
