Welcome to the Jubilee Townhome, a warm and thoughtfully designed getaway located in Denver’s vibrant SoBo neighborhood—just steps from South Broadway’s best restaurants, cafés, bars, and local shops. I’ve crafted my first home with care to make sure you feel just as comfortable and welcomed here as I do.

Whether you’re exploring Denver, catching a show at Red Rocks, working remotely, or heading out on a mountain adventure, the Jubilee Townhome is the perfect home base.

Located just south of Downtown Denver, this home sits in the Baker / South Broadway corridor, one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Guests love the mix of historic charm, local culture, and easy access to Denver’s top attractions.

You’re minutes from South Broadway, known for its eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, vintage stores, and live music venues. Popular spots like Punch Bowl Social, Maria Empanada, Baere Brewing, and Historians Ale House are all close by, making it easy to explore on foot or by quick rideshare.

Downtown Denver, Coors Field, Ball Arena, Empower Field, and Larimer Square are just a short drive or light rail ride away. Outdoor lovers will appreciate nearby access to Cherry Creek Trail, perfect for walking, running, or biking through the city.

The house will be entirely yours with no in-person interaction, unless an issue arises, in which case I can stop by, if need be.

Please note, that guest do not have access to the locked off storage closets in the home and the locked off detached garage.

SoBo is one of Denver’s most walkable and lively neighborhoods, known for its food scene, live music, and unique local shops.

This home offers easy access to Denver’s best transportation options. RTD light rail and bus routes are nearby, providing a convenient connection to Downtown Denver, Union Station, and Denver International Airport (DIA). Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area and typically arrive within minutes.

Driving is simple with quick access to I-25, Speer Boulevard, and Broadway, making it easy to explore neighborhoods like LoDo, RiNo, Cherry Creek, and Capitol Hill. Street parking is available in the area, and guests will find navigating the neighborhood straightforward.

Out of respect for my neighbors, I ask that you contain your volume, especially while outside. Several neighboring houses have children, so I ask for your utmost respect to keep the neighborhood comfortable, especially for the nearby families.
