This quiet complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs.



As your enter this unit, you are welcomed by a spacious family room with new furniture and new carpet, the dining area has seating for 4 and a full kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twins. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, utility room with washer and dryer, towels and lines and cable TV. The open lanai has outdoor seating for you to enjoy beautiful views, and sea breeze. Our property has a monthly rental period minimum, inquire with us on multi-month discounts. There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. The minimum age to rent is 25.



This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental.
