Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you found the cabin clean, well stocked, and that everything worked as expected. We also appreciate your kind words about our team’s communication. Thank you as well for sharing your feedback. We’ll certainly keep your comments about the shower and TV glare in mind as we continue making improvements. We also appreciate you mentioning the driveway. The driveway to the cabin itself is mostly flat, smooth, and well maintained, as shown in the listing photo, so you may have been referring to the gravel hill on the neighborhood road as you enter the Shawnee Run development from Glencairn Road. We’re glad you were able to get the hang of it and enjoy the rest of your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing RRG Getaways and would love to host you again on your next visit to the Red River Gorge!

Hi Gangotri, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful location and found the cabin clean overall. We appreciate you pointing out the concerns you experienced during your stay. During strong storms, it's normal for a cabin to make creaking noises as the wood naturally expands, contracts, and responds to high winds. While it can certainly be unsettling if you're not expecting it, the cabin is built to safely handle those conditions. We've also shared your comments about the pillow covers and water pressure with our team so they can be inspected and addressed. We appreciate your recommendation and hope we'll have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Hi Hugh, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the cabin, from the comfortable bed to relaxing in the hot tub and around the fire pit. It's great to hear everything was clean and that you had a great stay. We're sorry for the initial confusion finding the cabin. Since the property is new, the street address hasn't been fully recognized by Google Maps yet. To help with this, we send every guest a cabin guide immediately after booking that includes an exact Google Maps pin, written driving directions, and arrival instructions. We also send a reminder before arrival encouraging guests to review the guide so they can feel prepared and find the property with ease. Thank you again for your recommendation. We'd love to host you again on your next trip to Red River Gorge!
