We offer you the spacious and well-equipped “Wellness” vacation apartment at “Landhaus Immenbarg,” quietly located on the outskirts of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach. Ideal for a cycling vacation!
Relax in the cozy “Wellness” vacation apartment with its own sauna, and enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the Baltic Sea. The vacation apartment is an excellent starting point for relaxing and varied cycling and hiking tours.

The extremely spacious vacation apartment (approx. 96 m²) offers plenty of room for 2 to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Located on the first floor, the apartment features 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with showers (each equipped with a hair dryer). There is also a bright living room with a double sofa bed (TV, radio/CD player, free Wi-Fi) and a separate, well-equipped kitchen (including a drip coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker). All windows and French doors are equipped with insect screens. The approximately 15 m² south-facing terrace (equipped with seating for six people and a beach chair during the summer season) invites you to relax outdoors, as does another small terrace (west-facing, with seating for two people). The special highlight of the “Wellness” apartment is a large sauna with a sensory shower, accessible only to you. Please bring your own sauna towels.

We ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.


The apartment’s initial supply includes one set of linens per person. The price includes bed linens, towels, a dish towel, and a shower mat. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in an outbuilding for a fee. A clothes drying rack is provided in your apartment.

At “Landhaus Immenbarg,” pet owners are welcome to bring their pets (maximum of 1 dog). Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the house and on the property. Additional fees apply for bookings with a dog.

A bike rental shop and a horseback riding center are located nearby. Via the well-developed bike and hiking trails, you can easily reach the Warnemünde golf course, the wide Baltic Sea beach, and downtown Warnemünde.

The apartment comes with two private, free parking spaces right next to the house. You can store your bicycles in a lockable, covered communal area.
