I was born and raised in Hahndorf, just a few minutes from the property, so the Adelaide Hills has always been home. Having lived and worked in the area for most of my life, I love sharing the hidden gems, local experiences and natural beauty that make this region so special.

I enjoy photography, travelling, camping, caravanning and spending time outdoors exploring nature. Much of my photography focuses on the landscapes, wildlife and changing seasons of the Adelaide Hills, and you'll find many of my photographs displayed throughout the accommodation.

Our property is surrounded by native bushland, birdlife and open spaces, offering guests an opportunity to slow down, relax and reconnect with nature. Whether it's watching a spectacular sunset, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or spotting local wildlife, there is always something special to experience here.

I genuinely enjoy hosting and helping guests create memorable stays. Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, a family break, a business trip or simply some time away from the busy pace of life, I want you to feel comfortable, welcome and at home.

I look forward to sharing this beautiful corner of the Adelaide Hills with you and helping you discover why so many people fall in love with this region.

I chose to make my home here because this beautiful part of the Adelaide Hills has been part of my life from the very beginning. I grew up in nearby Hahndorf, and many of my family connections remain here today. My parents still live locally, and my children and grandchildren are spread throughout the Adelaide Hills and surrounding districts, making this region a place filled with treasured memories and strong family ties.

What I love most about this property is its unique hilltop location and the sense of peace it offers. Surrounded by native bushland and open countryside, the property enjoys sweeping views across the Mount Lofty Ranges. Every day brings something different—from misty winter mornings and colourful autumn landscapes to spectacular sunrises and sunsets that paint the hills in shades of gold, orange and pink.

Despite its peaceful rural setting, we're only minutes from Hahndorf's cafes, restaurants, galleries and attractions. Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds: the convenience of being close to everything the Adelaide Hills has to offer, while still feeling completely removed from the noise and pace of everyday life.

The area is rich in wildlife, scenic drives, walking trails, wineries and local experiences, and I never tire of exploring it. Even after living here for so many years, I still find myself stopping to admire the views, listen to the birds, or simply enjoy the changing seasons.

For me, this is more than just a place to live—it's a place that brings together family, nature, community and a deep connection to the Adelaide Hills. It's a privilege to share that experience with guests and help them discover why this region is such a special place to visit.
