It was easier than anticipated. Only glitch was finding out only guaranteed 1 parking pass but they explained it and worked with me to get all vehicles parked on site. Condo is nice and clean but all living room furniture needs to be replaced. You sink to the floor when sitting in them check out extremely easy. I recommend and would return.

Everything about this trip was easy and convenient. A quick two-hour Allegiant flight from MCI into GUF the smallest, easiest airport we’ve ever flown through had us off the plane, into our Turo rental car, and on our way to the condo within minutes. The location was perfect. Grocery stores, restaurants, and ice cream were all within walking distance, while Gulf Shores and Pensacola were just a quick drive. We filled our days playing in the ocean, relaxing by the pool, playing pickleball, watching World Cup games during the warmest afternoons, crabbing on the beach at midnight, and enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play in the waves. One of the highlights of the trip was our private fishing charter with Captain Albert at Jus Cuz Fishing Charters. His family-friendly crew made it an unforgettable adventure and grilling the fresh red snapper back at the condo was perfect! The condo itself was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was plenty of room for all five of us to spread out and relax.More than anything, this wasn’t just a vacation it was time together to simply slow down, enjoy each other, and make memories we’ll never forget.Thank you

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review of The Enclave 907. Glad everything was easy and convenient—from the quick flight to the walkable location—and that you enjoyed the ocean, pool, pickleball, World Cup afternoons, and those dolphin-filled balcony mornings. Wonderful to hear Captain Albert and Jus Cuz Fishing Charters made the fishing trip special and that the fresh red snapper hit the grill back at the condo. Pleased the three-bedroom, three-bath layout gave everyone room to relax and make memories. We appreciate the thoughtful review and look forward to welcoming you back.

This condo accommodated our party of 4 adults and 7 kids well. It was roomy and we rarely felt on top of each other. However, there were quite a few issues. First and the biggest was the parking situation. For a three bedroom condo we were only guaranteed ONE parking pass. They did provide a list of additional parking areas around but they were not close to the condo. The other issue was that the places provided did not have anyone to take payment to park if it was not a weekday before 4:30. We drove around for 2 hours looking for a place to park that we could pay online before finding somewhere that was 10 minutes from the condo. The floor of the condo was dirty walking around barefoot right after arriving we could feel the grit of sand and dirt and by the end of the day our feet were black. We also had a 10 month old crawler whose clothes and tops of his feet were black from crawling around. The living room furniture seemed very dated, looked and felt worn out. One of the chairs in the living room was broken and you felt like you were about to fall over when you sat in it. The shade in the living did not work correctly to open and close. The information provided for the wifi did not match as far as the network name and password so we had trouble connecting to it. There was a table lamp in the living room that was no where near a plug in to be able to use. The 10 month old with us was able to pull up the door jam for the master bedroom because it was not secure down.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad the condo accommodated your group well, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with parking, cleanliness, furnishings, Wi-Fi, and maintenance. We understand how frustrating these concerns were, especially with a young child in your group. We appreciate your support and value your feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to provide an even better experience in the future.

Clean, comfy, but outdated

Pros: Very clean, nice linens, mattresses, updated bathrooms. Spacious living area and kitchen, big pantry/storage. Good location. Good parking.Cons: Living area furniture is old, and broken. Kitchen appliances need updating, Keurig-type machine and bar ice machine is necessary as there is no ice machine on property and the freezer ice maker produces 2 cubes/hour. The master bed frame has sharp corners and we are both bruised. All in all, a good stay. We would rent again.

Could use a little TLC, Overall Great

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, more towels would've been appreciated for a group of 10. The outside handle of the master bedroom balcony door is broke and some peeling of wallpaper and paint. But nothing that would deter me from booking here in the future. The beds were super comfy, pools clean and it was a great price. Perfect area.

Great experience

It was an overall great experience with the place. Couple things that we found which was from the hurricane was water damage on some of the furniture and floors but not very noticable. The dryer did not work at all so we had to drive all of our clothes on the balcony. Other than that it was a fantastic stay! Beautiful place with awesome views!!

As long as you don’t leave the premises it’s fine

The condo was nice but the living room furniture needs replacing. We were on the ninth floor and one of the elevators didn’t work much of the time we were there. If you left the complex to go to dinner or anywhere else you didn’t walk, it was impossible to get a parking place back at the unit. You had to pay 25 per night for overnight parking plus a shuttle service to get you back to the condo. The condo is in a beautiful location, but given the problems with the elevator and the parking lot. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Wonderful Vacation, wonderful experience

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The location was great, close to stores and restaurants; we walked to everything. The balcony was awesome. The view was so beautiful. The balcony wrapped around the unit which allowed you to just see more of the beautiful views. The balcony from the master bedroom was amazing as well; you could sit on the bed and just watch the ocean. Condo was very spacious, each room had access to their own bathroom. The master bath is so large, the tub in master bath was a wonderful added bonus. Loved our stay, Loved our condo. Management and our communication was great. They checked in to make sure everything was going good via text, which I thought was great. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Relaxing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, the condo was fabulous. The bed arrangement was not the same that we had reserved (there are not 3 twin beds in one room) and the large table on the balcony is gone. These were 2 reasons we picked this property. Condo was cleaned and well stocked. You get 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per bathroom. We had 7 people so we had to go buy washcloths. Location is fabulous. Pool is average size, never seemed crowded. Very family oriented location.

Clean but needs many updates

We walked in and on first impression the property was nice and clean but very old appliances. As the week went on we noticed how run down the place was. The wall paper was peeling off in certain places. The washer and dryer had many rust spots. The dishwasher was very old but it worked, loudly. Carpet was clean but stained. If the place gets updated I would gladly stay here again, but for a vacation I'm looking for a little better amenities.
