Semi-detached house STRANDHAFER WF-06 in the Baltic seaside resort of Wustrow

The vacation home, built in 2013, which houses this modern semi-detached house, is located roughly in the geographic center of all of Wustrow’s major attractions. The pier, town center, church, Bodden Harbor, and, of course, the Baltic Sea beach are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Despite this great location, the property is set back from any through traffic.

The modern, bright interior is enlivened by individual pops of orange.

On the first floor, you’ll find the approximately 33 m² living room, whose spacious and bright atmosphere is further enhanced by the large windows. Here you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, whose kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, so you’re perfectly prepared for lively cooking evenings. The other part of the room features an L-shaped sofa set, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the large garden, the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove, or the flat-screen satellite TV with a modern soundbar. The main terrace, accessible from the living area, faces south and is furnished with a seating area and lounge chairs.
On the upper floor of the semi-detached house, you’ll find a unique layout: the bedroom, furnished with a double bed, features its own bathroom area with a sink and shower, separated from the rest of the room by a glass partition. The second bedroom upstairs, with two single beds, is large enough to serve as a retreat if needed. The third and smallest bedroom features a single bed, with an additional pull-out bed underneath that can accommodate a sixth person (child). When booking this property, bed linens are already included, leaving more space for souvenirs.
The large and bright shower bathroom is equipped with an on-site sauna, which you can of course use free of charge during your stay and which offers you your very own moment of relaxation.
