Finca Sabina in Buger

Charming country house in a quiet location and with private pool and nice terraces. Finca Sabina is located close to the village of Bùger at approx. 17 kilometres distance of the Alcúdia bay. The house is ideal for four adults and two children.

Finca Sabina is located close to Búger, a quaint little village at approximately 18 kilometres from Alcudia and Pollensa. Set on a hill, this village has very much maintained its original charm and character. Búger is an excellent starting point for excursions to the beaches of the North, mountain tours and thanks to good infrastructure for day trips to the centre of the island or Palma de Mallorca, which is only a 35 minutes drive away. Cyclers will love the excellent network of easy and difficult tours around this part of the island. The fine sandy beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa are ideal for water sports of all kind. In about 15 minutes by car are the golf courses of Alcudia and Pollensa. Búger's main square is lined by a number of typical local bars and coffee shops - the best spot to relax and enjoy an insight into the daily life of this little village. There is also a bakery, pharmacy and smaller shops for the daily shopping.

Finca Sabina is a well maintained, sunny and modern holiday home. The living area is very inviting with comfortable sofas and large windows. It has access to the beautiful terrace. The kitchen is open plan and has a breakfast bar. It is fully fitted and open towards the dining area. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. In the living room a "chicken ladder" is giving access to the first floor bedroom, which is fitted with three individual beds. As the ceilings are pretty low, this bedroom is ideal for the children. The house is fitted with three air-conditioning units h/c: one in the living room, another one in the dining room/kitchen and the third one in the corridor leading to the ground floor bedrooms.

Finca Sabina has is completely fenced and offers a private pool and garden. The beautiful covered terrace is fitted with a lounge area and a dining table. The nice garden offers many nice spots to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade of the trees. Sunbeds, sunshade and a BBQ are provided. There is private parking space for two cars on the grounds.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
A deposit of 300 € in cash will be charged on arrival, which will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days after arrival and approval by the administration.
Groups: The minimum age of all participants needs to be 25.
Events are not accepted.
No pets please.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added in low season.
The final cleaning is charged once at € 60.00 on site.
Water costs are included in the price.
Electricity costs are charged with 15,00 € per day.
Heating is charged with 0.95 €/l heating oil.
A deposit of 300 € in cash will be charged on arrival, which will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days after arrival and approval by the administration.
