Awesome property! Owner has spent a lot of time making sure there is nothing you will need! Nicely appointed with furniture and decor! So nice not only to be on beach and have direct access but to be able to walk to the lil historic town was awesome! There’s no reason to leave once you get there. We will come back!

Christmas in NSB

Our adult family of (6) enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly located for us to walk or golf cart to anywhere we needed or wanted to go. It was clean, spacious & well equipped. The view was very nice of the beach. There is construction on building to the south, but there will not always be…..it was noted by owner, so not a total surprise. Happy New Year!

Spacious condo-stocked with amenities, outstanding host!

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo, including 6 adults and 2 toddlers for a week.it’s located in a well kept building just a couple of minutes walk to Flagler Ave. 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, laundry room, and kitchen stocked with everything you need. A full closet of beach towels and beach bags, a separate locker with all kinds of beach needs and 2 bikes! A crib and pack n play as well are provided. Gayle our host/owner was terrific, very attentive to our questions and making sure our visit was as comfortable as possible. I give this property and host rave reviews!

Amazing Week

Property was as listed and perfect for our group of 6. Location was great with easy entry to the beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The owners had a detailed binder with suggestions that was very helpful. The locker with beach items was great as well. The beach did get crowded at times with cars

Beautiful and Accurate!

Gayle was quick to reply with any questions, though we had very few. The home was immaculate (cleanliness is always our biggest concern renting) and the extras were a extra. The information she provided (folder at the house) was very helpful and the location was just lovely!

Spring break

Our family of five had a fabulous stay, and Gayle was a gracious host. Waking up with coffee and views of the ocean from the patio every morning set the tone for the day. The location was perfect, walking distance to Flagler and right on the beach. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. We would be happy to stay again during a future visit!

Wonderful location ~ beautiful condo

The condo is in a perfect location, with walkability to Flagler, close to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. It was nicely appointed, with all the comforts of home, with both ocean and pool views. The owners were easy to work with, extremely helpful and informative. It was a wonderful location to escape to and relax at. Thank you for allowing our family and friends to enjoy your beautiful condo and the great memories made there.

Big place at the beach

This property was just outstanding. Great views, Big rooms, including kitchen, dining, master, great room, entrance and laundry room. The place was clean with good size bath towels and beach towels galore. The dining room table was very big and my only minor complaint was the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. We play lots of card games! Thank you owners.

Exceeded Expectations

Gayle did not miss a beat. Loved the communication and attention to details throughout the condo. The condo is close enough to walk to Flagler Ave for dining. Though if you choose to cook you will have everything you need. Great space for families to gather or to have their space to rest. We are looking for to enjoying our time at this great condo again soon!!!

Beyond expectations

Looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay - It's here! Check in was easy with the detailed communication that Gayle gave. She was attentive and a pleasure to work with. The condo was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the furnishings were beautiful. This complex has beach access and garage parking. Five stars all around!

Great location and condo!

We have actually stayed in this condo building before and love this area. This is a wonderful beach front condo. We loved the location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well as an access point/beach entry one street over. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained with all the essentials a family would need for a weeks stay. We truly enjoyed our family vacation and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean, Well Maintained w/ Great Owners

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. We were on the top floor, so we had a good view and plenty of privacy. The beach there is wonderful. Very wide, fine sand for walking, biking, or just sun-bathing. We had a small problem with our Internet and the owners, very nice folks from Michigan, were wonderful in helping us out. We would definitely come back to this unit!

Absolutely Amazing!

Our stay in New Smyrna Beach was perfect! This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Gayle was a great host and very responsive to all my questions. I’m already trying to find a time that we can go back. The whole area was such a “hidden gem”. Some of the best food that I’ve ever eaten was a short walk from the house. You don’t even need a car.

Our family has been vacationing in FL for years and our favorite spot is New Smyrna Beach. We are very proud to be the new owners of this marvelous unit and look forward to sharing it with others!

We are from Grand Haven, MI and love NSB so much that we moved here in 2017. We rented our unit in Atlantic Villas for years and then purchased it! We now have the best of both worlds, we get to enjoy NSB most of the year and enjoy Grand Haven in the summer and during Holidays with family and friends. We love it here so much that we have now purchased a 2nd unit in our building to rent out and have for family and friends to visit.

We all manage to enjoy the beach in different ways. I love to lay in the sun, soaking up the warmth and watching the dolphins play in the ocean. My husband loves to take his morning run on the beach and fish in the mornings. My son loves to surf and skim board. Our daughters like a little bit of everything there! The sun, activities, the food, etc. Our grandsons loves the sand and the water. And we all love to people watch!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We chose the property because we know it well. We have been vacationing in this building for years and knew it met our needs! We love being directly on the ocean and we love being able to walk to town. We literally get there, unpack our luggage, head to the grocery store and park the car and rarely get in the car again until it's time to go home. We like to have a cocktail and not worry about driving.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

3 beds/3 baths units hard to find especially close enough to walk to Flagler Ave with all the restaurants, shops and nightlife. Pelicans will fly around doing their circle and it's so fun to see them so close. There's always something to do or not if you prefer! Keep busy or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views. Only 19 units in our building so you're not dealing with tons of other guests to compete for spots at the pool or noisy neighbors.
