We spent a week at Glen Rock Cabin, myself, my husband, and our two dogs. The small town is charming, quiet and reminded my husband of his English villages. The cabin is cozy, with 3 bedrooms and two baths, and was decorated with cute Halloween touches. It and the host are very dog friendly, and my Jack Russell mix loved the basket of toys that were thoughtfully provided. He emptied the basket everyday, looking for a favorite sqeaky! While the terrain is hilly, the lane the house sits on is quiet and level, and fine for a walk with the dogs. There is also a dog park within walking distance and our dogs enjoyed off leash exercise there. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law and it was convenient to other places of interest- farmers markets, amish communities, and great places to eat. While the steps up to the cabin are a little steep, we are in our 60's and had no difficulties at all. The house was neat and clean, the water pressure was great and the hot water was plentiful! The downstairs beds are firm, but if they aren't to your liking, the upstairs king bed is comfy and less firm, so you can choose what suits you best. We'd be happy to book again and Nicole was curteous and answered questions quickly!
