Paradise in Indian Wells

Our stay was better than expected. The host was super in communication and the house itself was better than the pictures. The view from the back yard is specular I couldn't help thinking I was in some far away Island with all the Palm Trees and mountain views. I would definitely stay here again and longer that 2 months next time.

Great summervacay in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed Indian Wells in July! Beautiful house,- just like the pictures and description! We enjoyed every minute,- swimming in the beautiful pool, playing golf and tennis, strollling around in the golf cart and making great dinners in the outdoor kitchen. The house really met our expectations. Thanks to Lars and Margot for great service.

Great family vacation

Our family of four loved our stay at this property. The house is as shown in the pictures, is very clean, and everything is in working order. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to many restaurants and stores. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The pool and backyard are fantastic and were enjoyed by everyone. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and she replied quickly to any questions we had. We recommend the house and would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable!

We loved the house which brought the outside in with the openness of windows along the whole back of the house but yet maintained privacy from neighbors. The house was updated with beautiful and comfortable decor. The location was perfect in reaching the shopping, golfing and restaurants in the area. The owner and manager were always available if issues arose and loved the notes on the house and area. We would book this again in a heartbeat!

Indian Wells

Beautiful location in Indian Wells, close to El Paseo restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was friendly and a safe place to talk long powerwalks. The patio and the views are great, just like the pictures. Some of the patio furniture is probably due for replacement, but the location is tough to beat. The kitchen was well stocked. The layout of the house was very comfortable.

Lovely mid century

We had a lovely stay at this mid century, modern home. The backyard was stunning with all the foliage, palm trees south facing mountain, large heated, pool and hot tub. The golf cart was a great addition. Easy access. Margot, the owner and Kevin responded immediately with any questions or concerns. I look forward to returning to this little piece of paradise.

Indian Wells Gem

We had the most wonderful month long stay in Margot’s incredible Indian Wells resort like home. The home was incredibly clean and stocked with everything you could imagine including an electric juicer to make fresh grapefruit juice from tree out back. The bedrooms and beds were so so comfortable and the living areas and porch were perfect for family and friend gatherings. I have rented a lot of VRBO homes and this one was the best! Hoping to come back again soon.

Family Thanksgiving

My wife & I rented this beautiful home for a family Thanksgiving gathering for seven (7) family members and it was fabulous. The house is beautifully decorated, stylish and up-to date and is comfortable and roomy. The outdoor area is ideal to kick back and relax. A large heated pool for swimming in the mornings and a portable fire table for lounging and cocktails in the evening, what more could you ask for? This is where we plan to stay on our next visit to the Palm Springs area.

Nice house great neighborhood

We enjoyed the house, we had minor problems with a couple things not working but the owner tried to get things fixed. We were disappointed that the golf cart is inoperable, we hadn’t been informed. Also the hot tub is not in the ground with the pool, it is above ground

Hi Judy! Yes as explained, the prior tenant, unfortunately had an accident in the golf cart and did not inform us so that was outside of our control. It was actually a fairly major issue so we were not able to get it fixed right away. My apologies. We were also immensely disappointed, not only that they had damaged the golf cart, but did not inform us. And yes, the hot tub is above the ground, but has decking around it so that it is very easy to sit down on the side and get in without a risk of falling.

Beautiful home in Indian Wells

My husband and I had a wonderful month long stay in the home. The property is in a beautiful small neighborhood tucked away yet just off the main road. We really enjoyed the open layout with the focal point being the swimming pool in the center. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. My husband is an avid tennis player. He got a month membership at Indian Wells Tennis Garden for an affordable fee and he was in heaven. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the home. If you want an oasis to come home to after a busy day yet close to all the amenities, this home is for you. We're looking forward to returning again soon.

Quiet and Great Pool

This is a nice property in a great central location to El Paseo on one end and La Quinta on the other. We had a good time enjoying the pool. Big and deep on one end which is good for kids safety if they dive or jump in. Nice graduated pool steps and tanning shelf. South facing location kept the pool warm enough to be refreshing. We only heated it once about 18 hours since the granddaughters were coming and wanted to swim at night. They loved it! Some nice days in the high 90's days kept it warm during the day. Bushes could be cut back on far side because you have to brush against them to walk around the pool. We really liked walking to the Thursday Cook Street Market and Don Diego's for dinner. Even walked to the Miramonte for breakfast (about 3 miles round trip) many mornings. Great oatmeal. The house has a great layout for family and guests. The guest bedroom with the two queens is a real plus. All the beds very comfortable. Love the way the house is separated into wings.. Don't know when the kitchen and laundry were remodeled but they are very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. There are some things that do need to be fixed, replaced or touched up but it didn't deter us from enjoying our time there. Fun to see the fruit left on the trees and growing already for next year. HVAC worked well and the TV's were easy to operate although there were not premium channels you could get Netflick, etc.
