Stretch out on one of the four chaise loungers, settle into an Adirondack chair, soak up the warm Florida sun, or cool off with a refreshing swim in the pool.

POOL HEAT
Optional pool heat is available seasonally from November through the second week of April for an additional fee and is subject to the pool-heating guidelines in the rental agreement.

Please note that electric pool heaters are affected by outdoor weather conditions. The pool temperature can generally only be increased approximately 15–20°F above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. Actual pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on weather and environmental conditions. Note: Pool temperature settings cannot be adjusted during your stay if you later change your mind regarding the requested temperature.

❤️ GOOD TO KNOW
We've put a lot of love into Tranquil Shores and want you to have a wonderful stay. We simply ask that you treat our home, belongings, pool, and neighbors with care and respect.

A Few Important Things:
🚭 No smoking or drug use inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted in the driveway only. Smoking inside the home will result in a $300 fee.
🐾 No pets.
🎉 No parties or events — no exceptions.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. All guests, including children, must be disclosed at booking. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
🔇 Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.
🏠 Please keep the home reasonably clean and tidy and treat furnishings, décor, appliances, linens, and other provided items with care.
🔥 No open flames, candles, or matches are permitted.
❄️ The thermostat must remain between 72°F and 78°F.
🏊 Use of the pool and provided play equipment is at each Guest's own risk.
🚪 Please keep doors and windows closed when not actively entering or exiting the home to help maintain the indoor temperature and prevent insects and pests from entering.
👟 Take off your shoes and relax! We kindly ask that shoes not be worn on furniture or beds.

🏊 POOL SAFETY
Pool use is voluntary and at each Guest's own risk. No lifeguard is provided.
For everyone's safety:
• Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.
• Never leave children unattended in or around the pool.
• Guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving, running, horseplay, or climbing on pool equipment.
• No swimming while impaired by alcohol or other substances.
• Do not use the pool during lightning, thunderstorms, or other unsafe weather.
• Non-swimmers must be supervised and use appropriate flotation devices provided by guests.
• Pets are not permitted in or around the pool.
• No glass, candles, shoes, eating, or drinking in the pool.
• Do not add chemicals, oils, bubble bath, or other products to the pool.
• Use caution — the pool deck may be slippery when wet.
• Natural debris, including leaves and pollen, may enter the pool between scheduled cleanings.
• Pool equipment is for Owner and authorized service personnel only. Please do not touch, operate, adjust, or tamper with pool equipment or controls. Contact us if you need assistance.
Guests may be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow pool safety rules.

📹 EXTERIOR SECURITY
Exterior security cameras are installed for the safety and security of our guests and our home.

Cameras monitor exterior areas only and are located at the front entrance, garage area and backyard. Security equipment must not be covered, disconnected, disabled, moved, or otherwise tampered with.

🗑️ TRASH & RECYCLING
Garbage collection is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.
Recycling collection is scheduled for Fridays only.
Please place the appropriate cans near the mailbox for pickup the night before or early in the morning on collection day.

LANDSCAPING, POOL SERVICE, PEST CONTROL & MAINTENANCE
Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay.
🌿 Landscaping: Generally performed once per week, usually on Tuesdays.
🏊 Pool Service: Performed weekly and may occasionally be adjusted based on weather or pool conditions to help maintain proper water quality and chemical balance.
🐜 Pest Control: Performed quarterly. We try to schedule indoor service between guests whenever possible. Indoor and outdoor treatments may be performed as needed to help prevent pests.
🔧 General Maintenance: Occasionally, authorized service personnel may need access to the property or exterior areas to perform necessary maintenance.

We do our best to minimize disruption; however, occasional outdoor activity, maintenance, or noise may occur during your stay.

🔥 GRILL
A grill is provided for your enjoyment.
Grill tools are located in the bottom kitchen drawer.
Please turn the propane OFF after use and clean the grill when finished.

DAMAGE & MISSING ITEMS
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
This may include damage or loss involving:
• Towels and linens
• Beach and pool equipment
• Furniture, Décor & Artwork
• Appliances
• Kitchenware
• Games
• Other items provided for your enjoyment

Please report any accidental damage or issues promptly so we can address them.

Guests use the pool and all amenities at their own risk and are responsible for following all House Rules and safety guidelines.

Please note that refunds or credits are not generally provided for circumstances outside our control, including inclement weather, power or Wi-Fi outages, necessary maintenance, House Rule violations, or extreme weather affecting HVAC or pool-heating performance.

We recommend travel insurance for unexpected cancellations, weather, or travel interruptions.
