This condo is truly one of a kind as it sits directly in the heart of Glacier National Park, in Apgar Village. If you want the true Glacier experience you will never forget, look no further. With Lake McDonald a 2-minute walk away, trail systems right out your back door, and unlimited access to your soon-to-be favorite national park, this home will provide you with everything you need and more to make the perfect vacation.

These brand new condos will have plenty of room for four people. The condo can accommodate up to 5 people upon request. On the first floor, you will find the living area, complete with a full kitchen, custom stone fireplace, copper detailing, and space to rest from your adventures. As you explore the second and third floors, you will find two bedrooms, each with its own king bed. While in these suites, you will notice that everything was carefully constructed, from the local wood detailing to the electric fireplace and Glacier art throughout the condo. Each condo comes with its own washer, dryer, and mini-split for AC and Heat. You won't find anything like these Grizzly Suites, as they are the first luxury suites in Glacier National Park.

As soon as you step out of your front door, you'll be greeted by Eddie's locally famous ice cream shop, restaurant, and convenience store. Within just a 2-minute walk, you can be at the shores of Lake McDonald or picking up gear at Glacier Outfitters, while the Apgar Visitor Center is an easy 10-minute stroll away. You'll also have direct access to the Apgar trail system, ideal for biking or a peaceful walk through the forest of West Glacier.

Enjoy the park after dark when it feels like you have it all to yourself; a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Be the first to Logan Pass at sunrise or take an early morning swim in Lake McDonald just steps from where you're staying. There are 7 suites located at this property. Suites 1 - 6, located on the second floor, all have the same floor plan and detailing. The 7th suite is a Studio Ground Floor unit that is ADA Accessible with an ADA Accessible Parking Spot. All suites can accommodate one additional person upon request, with a fold-out twin bed.

Please Note: These homes are located in Glacier National Park, but you are still required by the National Park to purchase a National Park pass at the entry station to enter the park and drive to the suites. The suites do not come with a park entry pass or a Logan Pass parking permit.

Summer in Glacier National Park
In the summer, enjoy the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes in Glacier National Park. Rent paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes from Glacier Outfitters, just two minutes away! Take a paddle around the lake or head to the Apgar bike path, steps away from your lodging. You'll have the chance to see wildlife right out your front door or on one of the backcountry trails of Glacier. Around the corner from Grizzly Suites, you'll find the park amphitheater where nightly talks are given by the park rangers. You will find all of this and more in less than a 5-minute walk from where you are staying, making it the perfect location.

Take a day trip to Whitefish or Columbia Falls to enjoy their downtown area filled with local shops and restaurants. Stop in on a Tuesday or Wednesday night for their local farmers market or sign up for a fly fishing trip along the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. In the summer, the options are endless.

Winter in Glacier National Park
Glacier in winter is a different park entirely: quieter, wilder, and absolutely stunning under a blanket of snow. With the summer crowds long gone, you'll have snow-dusted peaks, frozen waterfalls, and the glassy shores of Lake McDonald almost to yourself. While most of Going-to-the-Sun Road closes to cars for the season, the unplowed stretches become a winter playground for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, and ranger-led snowshoe walks are a great way to learn about the park's winter wildlife and history. Keep an eye out for elk, moose, and bald eagles along the way, and bring your camera, because the winter light here is unforgettable. When the day winds down, the small communities of West Glacier and Columbia Falls are close by for a warm meal, and Whitefish Mountain Resort is an easy drive if you want to add a day on the slopes. If you're lucky enough to catch a clear evening, don't miss sunset over Lake McDonald. It's the kind of moment that makes a winter trip to Glacier worth it.
